I drive an extra few miles just to visit this specific location. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. The store is always well stocked and clean. Donna is amazingly helpful when it comes to Beta Fish and how to care for them properly!! Also, they have a really wide ranged selection of pet treats where some other franchise pet stores slack on. Love this store! 💕🐶 🐈 🐠🐭🐹

Went to look for help in maintaining my fish tank. The quality, care and true concern for my Betta, makes PetCo a no-brainer, as the place to go for all my pet needs. Driving pass my local PetSmart, and driving the few additional miles is worth it!

the animal cages were disgusting, piles of hamster crap in the enclosures, same with the bearded dragons too. the dwarf hamsters were fighting, because hamsters are solitary creatures and should NOT be homed together EVER. i wouldn’t be surprised if i came back tomorrow and one of them was dead. horrible experience— see yall at petsmart instead i guess!

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. And this visit was no different. They helped me find several items that I was unable to locate myself and also helped me to my vehicle with my purchase. I am super grateful and appreciative of the staff at the location in Bellevue, thank you all!

Stores like this one make me love Petco in general. I travel a lot and end up shopping at all the different Petco stores. Kayla at this store in particular was just so kind and helpful getting me what I needed. She seems like she really cares and everyone was so nice in general. I appreciate y’all helping me take care of my dogs! They get the big picture.
