Our First and last time here. My puppy was given a 100% clean bill of health from the Banfield hospital next door less than a week prior to our visit to this grooming salon, now coincidentally she has worms and fleas. Very displeased. The icing on the cake is that they basically shaved my poor Maltese even though the lady assured me that my puppy will have a nice and healthy coat. The face is uneven and the breath smells like the food she ate that morning. Like….. what?

Carina in grooming - DO NOT have your pet treat with her. She has a nasty attitude and is VERY RUDE. She will talk back to you in front of the whole salon. I will ensure my dogs will not be booked on days she is working. Avoid Carina at all costs - terrible human being she truly deserves 0 stars.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR GROOMING SERVICES
I recently took my dog for grooming services and was told I would receive a call when he was finished. To be cautious, I decided to wait in the parking lot. After an hour passed, and no call came, I became concerned since the service was supposed to take only 30 minutes. I called in to check on my dog, and the manager immediately became hostile, claiming she had tried to call me multiple times.
When I rushed inside to pick up my dog, the manager continued to yell at me and scold me, which felt completely unnecessary and unprofessional. However, when I showed her my call log, it clearly showed no missed calls. She still was aggressive and verbally hostile. She released my dog into the waiting room without allowing me to put his leash and harness on, which is a basic request for most owners. She later stated that she had "broken policy" by keeping him longer than expected, which made me wonder about their policies regarding tardy pet owners. Do they take pets to a pound?
It’s clear that the manager’s behavior is causing a lot of stress among the staff, and it left me with serious concerns about how pets are treated here. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly recommend you reconsider before trusting your pet to this place. If the manager can treat a customer this way, I can’t imagine how she treats the pets in her care.

Save your troubles and just go to Aquatic Critter instead
It's always an absolute joke here
Try to get crickets and they took the "assistance" button away so now you have to wait in line to attempt to try and buy crickets and sometimes they will sometimes they won't let you buy ahead. When they don't then they make you sit in line again.
ALL IN ALL IF YOU HAVE TIME TO WAIT ALL DAY BY ALL MEANS SHOP HERE

Now why get groomed if he’s coming back ONLY smelling like he’s clean. We paid $60 for Bath + Brush + Deluxe. He was in there all of 51 mins. He still has a couple matted parts under his ear. Either could’ve been detangled or cut. Still has tear stains & eye boogers in his eyes. Breath still smells like the food he ate right before he came. Idk. I think we got scammed. Thanks for doing his nails & spraying some cologne on him though. And I didn’t say something while I was there bc the smell of dogs getting groomed was extremely nauseating. I was just trying to get out of there. In didn’t realize anything till I got home 😒

They could use some more help in the store. Lines were crazy. But they had everything we needed. Sucks management most likely won’t higher more people.

The worst groomer and bad service. Awful experience with Elizabeth. Elizabeth is incapable of handling and treating dogs, as it was proven to us with her attitude
she's over there yanking and choking my dog out with the leash. After about a minute, she says, "Well, he won't let me touch him so I can't do anything." Excuse me, you are makes him scared how he will let you touch him!!

Want an awful experience? Let Elizabeth and her team handle your pup. As a new dog owner, you would think that your first time and first impression would be friendly, but this is not what was felt once going in. Elizabeth is incapable of handling and treating dogs, as it was proven to us with her attitude and the way she tried to man-handle my pup. I have a pomeranian, and they have existing issues with their trachea, so I mentioned this to the staff when it came down to collars and leashes.
While making the appointment online, I had stated that he may need to be muzzled. Not because of aggression, but because of the anxiety that he gets when he's put in a corner. They never expressed over the phone that they would need to leash him at all times, nor did they express any of their policies or what was recommended before coming in. All we were told was to bring his Rabies paperwork.
Coming in, you can automatically feel bad vibes. Her uppity, sarcastic attitude made it even worse. When asking her why she didn't mention in specifics of what was needed, she said, "I don't have the time to tell you our policies.", as if we were supposed to know. We are not mind readers, we just wanted to give our pup his first grooming and obviously, this was the outcome. When she leashed him, he refused to move, as i also stated to her before she put it on him. She told me I couldn't touch him while she "did her evaluations" even though she's over there yanking and choking my dog out with the leash. "Lady, he's not gonna move if you force him like that." After about a minute, she says, "Well, he won't let me move him or anything so we can't do anything. Sorry."
Excuse me? Lady, you're choking the dog out with what you're doing, of course he's afraid and won't move. Animals can sense bad energy from people. And my pup for sure saw right through Elizabeth with her rude and ridiculous manner. Overall, I DO NOT advise anyone to bring their fur babies here.
Unless they get rid of Elizabeth for her mediocrity and unprofessionalism, I will never go back to this location. I'd rather go to Dippity DO Dog or any other location that'll ACTUALLY show love and compassion for dogs, rather than to mistreat them just because you're trying to get a paycheck.
Why work with dogs if you don't know how to? Makes no sense.

I have been going to the 100 Oaks - Nashville PetSmart for over
20 years. I have a long history with them. I have always been completely satisfied with the service until they decided to make the full-time employees part-time. They have all these new employees and they aren't as knowledgeable as the more seasoned employees. I had the assistant manager and an employee tell me that they no longer price match brick and mortar stores. I ended up asking an employee that has been at the store for 22 years to clarify the policy. This employee stated that PetSmart price matches brick and mortar stores, but will not price match online stores, but will price match the PetSmart online store if the price is cheaper online. I ended up having to pay the noncompetitive price for the items. The new employee would not listen to the employee that had been at the store for 22 years. Why isn't PetSmart rewarding the dedicated long term employees with full-time hours. Does PetSmart no longer care about the customer? One last thought, I had to call the direct line number to the 100 Oaks store 3 times before someone would answer. The 2 times I called the phone would ring and ring until it automatically hung up, on the 3rd phone call the phone rang at least 23 times before someone picked up. The service has gone down hill. Please put your seasoned part-time workers back on as full-time.
