We got some parakeets. The employee didn't say a word. He just grabbed the birds with a net, put them in a box and handed them over to us. Still didn't say a word. We went upfront to pay and the cashier didn't say anything either. We just paid and left. It was very off putting and made me not want to go back.

We will never return to this PetSmart location, and I feel compelled to warn other pet owners about our experience with groomer Lilly C.
She took our German Shepherd puppy into a back area, tied him up, and video-recorded herself approaching him with a vacuum while he was clearly stressed, barking, and in distress. This was incredibly alarming.
When I expressed concern, she insisted he needed to be medicated, despite me telling her multiple times that we were not open to using medication. Her approach lacked compassion and understanding of how to handle anxious dogs.
I’m sharing this to protect other pets and their owners. Groomers should prioritize a pet’s well-being and emotional safety—not escalate their fear or ignore owner instructions.

Delaney and Gracie are amazing. I have a dog who is nervous about getting groomed but both Delaney and Gracie know how to keep her calm. I can’t recommend this Pet Smart enough. Everyone there has been patient and caring towards my nervous pup. And the bandanas are always cute.

I had my baby Rolo groomed yesterday with Millie and she was so sweet and kind with my baby. She did a fabulous job with his trim and done everything I wanted. I will definitely book with her next time. Thank you, Millie!

Rachel Adams was the best bather I’ve been to! My dog can be difficult with bathing and nail trims and she took her time and made sure he was comfortable! I will for sure be back and request her every time!
