Dog training- go with Emily! You couldn’t find a more passionate, harder working, or more gifted trainer than her! She has trained both my dogs. Even one other deemed impossible. I took every class I could with her! She always knows what treats, toys, remedies, etc. will work best for me too!

Took my 3yr old dog for a groom who is used to getting groomed every 6wks since she was 3months old. At pickup Mildred had nothing but praises to sing about her behavior on the table. But my dog is at least 4/5 different lengths over her body, tail, and head. And when I went in to see about it Mildred got the infamous Christine who said all they could offer was 10% off. But not before telling Christine that my dog would not cooperate on the table and was too wiggly during scissoring. So I'm not sure what policy is and I'd be crazy to allow you to "fix" the cut seeing as idk how you can add hair back. Be very cautious when using this location, I'll be back at the independently owned groomer.

This place was very well organized and clean had a nice selection of pet toys and food but didn't see many outfits for pets

While the store and the employees are nice, there is one employee who is named Christine who will straight up treat you like you're an idiot. There have been multiple instances where I have asked her a simple question and she would respond with an attitude. Not only has she lied and broken store policy before to prevent me from buying an animal but when I asked her a question about one of the reptiles, she rudely pointed me to the little "care" cards. Even though she is the only employee I've ever had an issue with, her behavior has made me never want to shop there again.

Came in for a soresto collar and some lambchop dog toys . My dog Ruby Sue carries the lamb chops around like babies . She has 2-3 of them already .,, I think she's gonna nurse them .

I went there to adopt a puppy from CCAC (Cheatham County Animal Control) and while I was there I needed to pick up a few extra things that blBaker would need. Every PetSmart has very friendly employees, but the ones that this particular store we're not only extremely friendly, but very knowledgeable about products and the needs for certain breeds. I would recommend this PetSmart to anyone!

Cleanest petsmart I have ever been in hands down! In the 5 minutes I was in the store, 3 employees offered to help me. Fish tanks were sparkling clean, zero dead fish and even so had an employee who you could tell loved his job working on them! Kudos to the 4 males that are working there on a Monday afternoon! A very pleasant experience!!
