I hate to have to be so brutally honest, but this is the WORST cheesesteak I’ve eaten in my life. I came in to have lunch and was really craving a cheesesteak. I walked in to find a confusing menu, that’s all right, being a purest I knew I wanted a cheesesteak with onion and whiz. (The classic style Philly is know for) well the cashier must have been new and training, and rambled off a laundry list of ingredients you can add to your sandwich. I told her that I only wanted a steak, with onions and cheese. She then proceeded to ask me what kind of meat, then what toppings, after I already explained to her what I wanted. She doesn’t listen. She didn’t know the sizes of the sandwiches either. I ordered a “12 in” but as you can see for $15 I believe I only got a 6in. Wow women are right…size does matter. When I say this is the best cheese steak in the city you gotta go try his place out great service, and the food is amazing. When downtown check this place out or your gonna be missing out .

Hands down the worst customer service we've ever received. We placed our order online and arrived 25 minutes later to pickup. My husband was told the order wasn't received and sent NEXT DOOR to the neighboring business to retrieve our order. The lady at the counter there found our order right away then proceeds to call the Phillyman restaurant to place our order. My husband and I waited another 45 minutes watching other customers come and go. Not being made a priority for food we'd already paid for was a disappointment. When we arrived home we found that neither of our orders were made to our specifications no regard whatsoever to the toppings we'd asked for. We really loved this place the food is delicious but the customer service is really unacceptable. Paying customers shouldnt be doing the leg work to get their own orders filled. We won't be patronizing anymore.

I had the beef Philly fries. Definitely delicious! Lots of beef smothered my fries and kept them hot as I walked back with them to my hotel. Seasoned perfectly and by the way, she hand breads her chicken tenders there on site. Those are delicious too as my 10 year old son said. Friendly staff but not open on weekends so make time for it M-F . I highly recommend this eatery.

Great taste in the beef. It lacked flavor in the peppers and onions and could've used a bit more cheese. Average prices. You can order single cheesesteak or combo with a drink and fries/onion rings. I would come back if passing by but no need to go out of the way for.

A few years ago, I had lunch at this establishment at least 2 times a week. Haven't visited in a few years and it decided to revisit it today. The service was amazing, I ordered the 10 inch Philly Cheese steak combo. Mediocre at best.... steak was too dry, too many peppers overwhelmed the flavor of sandwich and FAR TOO LITTLE CHEESE FOR A PHILLY CHEESE STEAK!! And four whole onion rings to an order??? If you know your philly cheese steak......nope, not here!

Walked in for a quick take away lunch. The spot was very clean and the people were extremely friendly. Got home to chow down and lo and behold a solid philly chee! Score!

So disappointed! First time to order - it was on a MajorMenus Daily Restaurant ...ordered a catfish sandwich and onion rings....looked nothing like the photos described. The catfish was burnt - a small piece of fish...and I received 3 onion rings that were so burnt, they couldn't be eaten. My friend ordered the philly cheesesteak which she stated was okay and her onion rings were burnt also. You don't pay $16.55 for your meal to be burnt!
