HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEoh my goodness, the lady working the standup they have in opry mills is incredibly rude and condescending. the quality of their jewelry is also trash lol, the pair of earrings we got broke before we even tried them on. i wouldn’t recommend this to ANYONE

They are great at talking you through a piercing. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. And they have private sales that they do Bogo Free. Next one on 02/08/2019 from 3 to close.
