Great Pharmacy Erick the pharmacist is awesome. We've been getting our prescriptions filled there for years and have always been pleased. Never have to wait. Our prescriptions are always ready. I highly recommend the Charlotte Pike branch.

Publix consistently delivers exceptional customer service and a welcoming ambiance. The store's atmosphere is inviting, creating a positive shopping experience. Recently stopped in to pick up some sushi that's made fresh!

Two words! PUB SUBS! We came in town for the weekend and stayed at a resort. We Instacart ordered subs 3 days in a row! They were excellent! It will be our families new "thing" to have pubs subs anytime we are in a town with Publix!

I needed a medication before I left on a trip outside of the country. I tried to get the medication filled over 7 days before my trip, but the medication was on backorder, with no date of when the medication would be available. Another Publix also told me they were having a hard time acquiring this medication, and checked surrounding stores. I received a call on a Sunday that the medication was ready for pickup. This was 4 days before my scheduled departure. While picking it up, I was informed that a technician at Hill Center at Nashville West Publix Pharmacy located the medication, and made a special trip on the weekend to pick it up just so I would have it before my trip. These people definitely go above and beyond what is expected.

I picked up wings for dinner. Really enjoy their hot and spicy flavor! Store was nice and clean similar to most Publix.

Usually have everything that we need. My wife appreciates the help when she's shopping alone loading the groceries in the car. People are friendly.

We decided to have our wedding cake made at the bakery here and it was perfect! Samantha, the bakery manager, was awesome and made the process so simple. It turned out exactly as we had wanted. The cake was beautifully decorated and so delicious! Our wedding guests raved about the cake, and we can't wait to eat the top tier for our anniversary!

Terrible experience with the bakery and bakery manager this morning. They accepted an order and agreed to produce a birthday cake to match a picture. When I arrived it was not what had been agreed. They quickly became irritated at their mistake. They did attempt to correct it but bottom line the cake is not like the picture to which they agreed. The bakery manager's comments were it was the best they could do and next time I should use a professional. Good to know they don't consider themselves professional. My advice is either don't accept an order if you know you can't reproduce it or reset expectations to what you can do. She wasn't accepting of either. As the party is two hours away, I had no choice. But yes, next time we will use a professional. Thanks for the fail Publix!

I am super happy that this is my neighborhood Publix! Located just off of Charlotte Pike in the West End, this Publix is a solid location from entry to exit! I have visited this location on a few occasions for a multitude of things and the only consistent draw back is the cashiers not being super friendly, which is odd for a Publix. But, I get the current state of things so I don't take it for too much. On the flip side, the Deli folks, Pharmacy workers and the staff in the aisles have all been helpful and friendly. I have picked up a few Pub Sub's via online order and the subs are always on point! They are prepared perfectly and always ready on time, if not ahead of schedule. Also, the pharmacy clerks have been helpful as well with finding medicine and supplying Covid at home tests from the back. Per usual for Publix, this location is always stocked, clean and well maintained. Weirdly, even though it is in the middle of everything, it is never crazy busy, so it is a great option for popping in and out of when needed!

This is the most friendliest store to shop. Love that if your looking for a particular item google the item/Publix. If item is in store it will give you a location. How cool is that. Or if in store ask any employee they will be more than happy to help. Produce is always the best I could keep texting about each department but if you go in and shop you to will agree it's much better than Wally World (WM) Don't worry carts are in store and human cashiers their always in stock

I would give this a Publix zero stars if I could I had a delivery order, and they substituted sour cream for strawberry cream cheese... WHAT?!... and my bag of red potatoes was completely rotten and brought gnats all into my apartment. I have heard such good things about Publix upon moving to Nashville, but I will not be back. This was by far the worst grocery experience I've had in my 31 years. If you go to a Publix, I would suggest shopping in person or going to a different location.

Customized cake. I ordered a chocolate cake for my daughter’s bday but instead it was a vanilla cake! My daughter was very disappointed because I didn’t get her a chocolate cake.
