The pharmacist at this this location have always been wonderful to work with. I feel the teachs are never friendly, almost rebotic, a little bothered to be waiting on you. I'll definitely be keeping my prescriptions at this location but it is something I always think about when I leave the pharmacy.

My husband (who takes a lot of medication) and I were customers for years, but they've had a lot of staff turnover (management as well as the technicians and pharmacists). Since then, it is not the same... We gave this new team a few months to get oriented, went in person often and tried to get acquainted (without being received with much enthusiasm or genuine caring), and then we finally called the store manager to nicely suggest that the culture has changed. Melissa, a wonderful human and pharmacist, is still there, but we were dealing with the new folks. Both their phone and counter courtesy are bad -- treated as if you're a real bother to them. Finally, if an Rx has expired, they used to be proactive and connect with your doc, but now they do nothing. N o t h i n g. The client has to discover this when the Rx is not filled, contact the doctor and renew the Rx. The first time this happened, we learned about it the hard way. Carmen said it's their new policy, but when we spoke with the floating manager, that was contradicted. Several times we were told that an Rx had not been submitted, when our doctors' offices confirmed they'd sent it (electronically and there's an audit trail). That kind of "story telling" may have been the biggest red flag. Long story short, we really tried to give this enough time to work, hating to give up an established relationship. We worked anonymously through the Store Manager(s), as well as the guy who oversees several Publix Pharmacies, to no avail.... nothing changed. So we did, and we're so very happy again! Choose a different Publix for your Rx needs. None of the problems above have been experienced at the Mt Juliet (So Mt Juliet ROad) Pharmacy.

Clean store, friendly staff!! Plenty of parking. They even offer to help you to your car.

My first time trying to use the pharmacy I went up to the counter to ask about my prescription. The pharmacist seemed annoyed at me that my prescription wasn't ready. I politely asked how I would know when it was ready and she said "they'll text you." I left but then got to thinking about it and how would they have my number? I called again the pharmacist that answer was really nice and helpful.

They went over and and above being helpful. The staff here spent extra time trying to get my RX coupon to work and it saved me so much stress and money. These people really care and will help you however they can.

Solid Publix located in Donelson right Lebanon Pike not too far from Briley Parkway. While I do not live in Donelson, I do venture out that way on occasion, with the latest reason being coming back home from the airport. What is great after an airport run? Pub Subs, you are correct! While I have walked this store a few times to pick up random items on occasion, my main purpose for stopping has been pub subs. The line is always expected, busy, but the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Sandwiches are always made with precision and care, and are always extra tasty! Cashiers and other staff are always friendly as well. Overall, great Publix that I will surely be back to many times!

It is a beautiful grocery store. The gourmet Cheese selection is fantastic. We found everything that was on our list.

The staff are excellent! They are knowledgeable and give personal care. My significant other and I have had issues with insurance covering medications when they were supposed to. Melissa went the extra mile to help and resolved the issue. They are quick to ensure our refills are done. All of the staff are very sweet and kind.

Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars.

The parking lot is easy to get in and out of even though it's busy here. The store is very clean and pleasant to be in, they even have wet bags for your umbrellas by the entrance. It's quite unusual to see this level of dedication to cleanliness and organization at a grocery store. The employees were also helpful and kind. When I went to the nearby Kroger it really highlighted how well cared for this Publix is. The employees and management here are doing great! Why not 5 stars then? Well, their prices are a bit high, they didn't have the ice cream I wanted, and when I decided to grab some fresh produce instead, I wasn't satisfied with the quality and left with nothing.

This is the second time that I selected Publix brand delicatessen meat to later discover I was charged for Boar's Head. Pay attention!
