This is the most friendly, helpful, joyful, respectful and kind pharmacy that I have ever done business with. They don't just treat you like nothing. They build a relationship with there customers. They know you by name. I really enjoy coming to this pharmacy. Love the staff. Thanks 🤗☺️

After my doctor called in my prescription, I called the pharmacy to confirm that I would be able to pick it up. They told me yes, they had my medication in stock and that they would go ahead and fill it and I could pick it up in about an hour.
When I went in, they told me it would be 10-15 minutes before it was ready and I waited, only for someone to tell me that they no longer had it in stock. When I told them that someone told me on the phone earlier that they had it in stock and would fill my prescription immediately, they basically said ‘tough luck’.
I drove over 30 minutes out of my way to come to this Publix because everywhere other pharmacy in the area is out of my medication. It seems like they just chose to wait to fill my prescription until I came in to the store even though they told me they would fill it immediately over the phone, and in the meantime they sold out of it. I wish I could give zero stars, these pharmacy employees got my hope up only to waste my time and gas money.

Dropped off 3 prescriptions at 2 pm on a Wednesday. Came back to pick up at 5:30pm then was told it will be another 30 min. So I came back 30 min later and they now said another 20 min.

We needed some things for our stir fry dinner wand this was close by. It's a big, beautiful, well lit, well managed store. We bought shrimp, scallops, baby corn, jalapeños, fresh snap peas, butternut squash, broccoli, bell peppers, sweet onions, ginger root and on and on. Prices were good, produce and seafood was fresh with a large selection. Yup, I'd certainly shop here for grocery's!

I have been using Publix Pharmacies for over 30 years, and this location is very disappointing. I am often told they do not have the medication and/or prescriptions even when they do. One time, my daughter went several days without her proper dosage of medication because i was told the prescription wasn't called in only to find out they had it the whole time. Today I was told no they didnt have our meds, then after standing and forcing them to figure it out, the did have them but they weren't "ready" even though days before I received a text saying they were ready? I am considering changing pharmacies, but I have been with Publix for so long! I don't really want to, but if I have another issue, I might.

If it doesn't matter whether or not you get your meds, go here. Apparently they think people refill prescriptions or go to the Dr to get prescriptions merely for the heck of it. Refills are ordered and prescriptions are sent into the pharmacy and then they sit being unfilled for DAYS. No action will be taken unless you call them, sometimes several times. Having to call and speak with someone renders their online system and app useless. I don't know if their software is out of date by ions and ions, if they are understaffed or grossly incompetent. As my prescriptions run out, I will be transferring them somewhere else.

This pharmacy had my prescription for 5 days before I picked it up. The pharmacist told me the medication had been on back order for weeks and didn't know when it would be in. They didn't notify me, and they didn't notify my doctor of this issue, so that another prescription option could be made. By law I can't fill my medication until 5 days before the prescription runs out. Obviously this pharmacy does not care if they cause a life and death situation. This is completely unexcusable by a pharmacy.

The pharmacist here caught a mistake in a medication that a doctor had prescribed to me- something I was very allergic to. The doctor I saw in the walk-in clinic didn't check my paperwork carefully, but this amazing pharmacy caught his mistake, and possibly saved my life.

If you are in a hurry, do not go to the store! Everyone here works at a snails pace. Also, something about the lighting in the store is really unsettling. It's weirdly dim and a strange hue. Finding items here is also very frustrating. Why is the cheese not by the dairy like every other grocery store? Then once you're done shopping, the parking lot only has like two cart corrals.

Ordered a sandwich from the deli and it took 10 minutes for the kid to make it. Looked as if she had never made a sandwich before. She made the sandwich with the wrong meat and I went to customer service and the lady said I could go back and have them remake it.No customer service anymore!!

Today I went into the deli in Publix after getting some devastating news about my health. I have been struggling with health issues for months now with no cure in sight. My doctor suggested I started a Keto diet, which is very new to me after being a vegetarian for 4 years. When I got to the counter, I asked for turkey, not really knowing what I was talking about. Most people would have rolled their eyes at me but Heather took the time to tell me about my options and even suggestions that she loves! We talked for a few minutes and she honestly was a pure delight. I left the store, got in my car, and started crying my eyes out. At a time of so much uncertainty, Heather took my mind off of the pain I have been dealing with and showed me lot of kindness! I hope the managers know what an amazing employee they have right there! Thank you Heather! The shredded peppercorn chicken is delicious!
