Great store! I love how busy it is. And how it's downtown but still totally accessible. The store is always well stocked! A plus, if I might add, is the parking!!

Went to this Publix wanting one of those great subs.... So went to the sandwich counter. Ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich, my favorite. Well they don't dance a room like the other locations I've been to so in the oven the meat and onions went in a paper bowl. The guy states the order and the lady finishes it with the toppings. She places the toppings on the bread..... then renders the cheese act placed it on top.... No ma'am. So she then puts my sandwich in the oven so she can melt the cheese she placed on top that should've been on the bottom or sautéed together. Needless to say the worst sub ever for $12 and I had to buy sauce to add to the sandwich because it was dried out from double oven time. And no flavor at all. This is a first for the process they used to make this sandwich.

Can this even be called a Publix? I've been shopping at Publix for 34 years and for the first time shopping wasn't a pleasure. It misses on convenience by skipping out on Publix's signature wide aisles and space. You can barely move around without bumping into someone. There's no space, where is the standard? The produce section could barely be called that. Don't count on finding what you need. The customer service was good, including cashier, super friendly. At least they got that right. I don't know who approved this store, but to any long term Publix fans, this was a major let down.

Ok well don’t count on your pre-ordered sushi being there when you get there to pick up! The main platter I ordered was not there and what we did order was obviously made the day before - yes day-old sushi gross!!! Wasted two way Uber rides to get there! Thank goodness the bakery did an amazing job, complete on-time and fresh!!

Some of the best fried chicken I've ever had, subs are on point, better than their nationally known competitors. The only issue I've come across was the fresh packaged refrigerated fruit. Specifically the watermelon, very soft and bland, either over ripe or just not good quality. Looks appetizing but looks can be deceiving. Still a very nice grocery store.

Probably the best grocery store in all of Nashville. The Deli is incredible. Groceries are reasonably priced. The staff makes you feel like family.

Ordered online two days in a row. 1st time I get there the deli says they have no bread. Can't complete our order. 2nd day I go the deli is an absolute disaster. None of the ingredients are available even though we ordered online. Bad experience all around.

Ran out of lettuce and tomato for pub subs. You're a grocery store - walk 5 feet and get more lettuce and tomato?Twice they made us wait over 30 mins for chicken tenders.Ordered a sub online and half of the items requested we're marked with a green highlighter as "out". The sub I ordered that had 7 items on it only had meat and cheese after paying full price.

Called in a red velvet cake with someone in the bakery on Tuesday to be picked up on Friday and when we went to pick up the cake on Friday they didn’t have it!! This is the first time using this grocery store location for a cake and I was utterly disappointed. Ended up having to get a frozen cake instead! Will never call this Publix Bakery again! Completely unreliable!!

I ordered a basic Happy Birthday sheet cake and asked that she incorporate purple into the cake. I'm sure the cake tastes good (literally just left and haven't tasted it) and she was nice, but it's ugly AF and doesn't even look like the picture. You all need to hire better cake decorators. I could've made the cake if it was going to look ugly.......

I grew up on Publix and they are second to none in the business of groceries. Staff is exceptional offering the best service service has to offer. Shopping certainly is a pleasure at Publix everywhere. Very clean and great deli too. Great veggies as well. A bit more expensive, but not crazy.

The deli at this Publix needs to be way better.. it takes forever to order in person so I’ve resorted to ordering through the mobile app. However it’s NEVER ready on time. I’ve tried to schedule it 30 min before pick up and it STILL won’t be ready. This past week my order was scheduled for 12pm, I showed up 50 mins late and they still did not even start my order yet and waited in a line of customers before asking them to prepare my scheduled pick up order. Very frustrating.

The person working self checkout today need to learn to speak to people in a better tone and demeanor. I thought this person owned Publix!!! You just work there and you are no better than anybody else

So convenient! Prepared foods at Publix are a step above the rest: sushi, sandwiches, chicken, and bakery items are always stellar. Their staff are friendly and even jolly. The app is great for order ahead and coupons. And, a major plus for Downtown… parking seems to be always available! (Can’t say that about Panera!) It’s quickly become my in-and-out, corner store and a lunchtime favorite.
