Store manager has a smart mouth. He likes to cuss and have poor customer service skills. His attitude is likely a reflection of how he treats his employees and vendors. Most of the employees at this location have a "I'm better than you" attitude. I would recommend shopping at a different location. Store manager as well as others need to be replaced or fired.

DO BETTER OR CHANGE YOUR LOGO AS Shopping is NOT a pleasure AT ALL!!! Not only do the staff not greet you nor speak when standing 2 feet from you…. Neither does “management” which explains why the staff has NO SERVICE!!!!! I guess KROGER across the street it is as at Least someone will at least Speak!!!!!

You know what? I normally love Publix. But. I walked into one this afternoon on highway 100, this young lady who I greeted and said how are you? She said blessed, I was listening to a person in my ear and apparently I made her/he/they feel UNCOMFORTABLE. She/he/they said you chuckled when I said I was Blessed! I did cause I was not talking to you/her/he/they, lol! Want to make sure I use the right pronouns... I just got done with a 12 hour shift and I'm not in the mood for this BOVINE Scatology...see ya!!!!!

First time I've shopped at this location. Everyone was great, the store was very clean and well organized.
The only problem was that several shelf items had no price at all.

Publix in general rocks, but the staff at this really phenomenal. It is always incredibly clean & well stocked - you gotta try the Mardi Gras wings from the deli.

Consistent is the word that comes to mind. Perfect, no, nor is anyone else. Publix still does it right, employees that are focused on customer service, mgmt. that will not tolerate abuse from customers, good variety, custom orders available. It's a good old school grocery store with all the modern conveniences. Keep it up Publix!
