I will always shop at Publix if given the option!
The only grocery store around these days that offers genuine and friendly service.
Its always clean and upkept. Staff is always friendly and kind. You can tell they take pride in their jobs, unlike many of Publix's competitors.
The deli/ hot bar workers deserve every penny for their hard work!!

Terrible product quality for too high prices. Not surprising when they'd rather have berries out at room temp rotting instead of stocking their coolers. Publix used to at least be decent quality which justified the high prices, but now it's just as crappy as walmart and kroger quality. $4 for a tiny box of blackberries that will be covered in mold after ONE DAY due to nonsense stocking. Do better.

Very, very clean with a friendly staff. Public's has never been the cheapest in fact, one of the highest. However, watch for sales on the things you love. I come him because of the cleanliness, friendliness, professionalism of the staff and quality of foods.

The nicest people work at this store! I shopped here this morning and requested to have a load of sour dough bread sliced. It was still warm so the sweet girl behind the bakery counter said to come back in 10 minutes after it cooled off. When I came back she had already taken it off the shelf, sliced it and had it behind the counter waiting for me! 10 out of 10 customer service!

My favorite Publix in the Nashville area. Always stocked, and clean. The employees are also nice and ask if I need any assistance. The parking lot is well lit and always spots available.
But another perk is that there is so much around it as well. Various restaurants, fast food places, coffee shops, and if you like to coupon and shop for specific items at specific markets, there is a Kroger and Walmart Grocery near by.
