Not my favorite grocery store in the Nashville vicinity.Selections are always great and shelves are always stocked, but customer service is generally on the off-putting/rude side, which is disappointing.I do love the location! It's quite clean inside! But customer service rules the game for me.... If y'all up the game on that, I'll up my opinion in a hot minute.

Hire horrible people. Bakery awful Edmondson pike .. Publix and Aldi are better. If you like old pastries and awful customer service , try Kroger.

Krogers at Nippers corner ,is the most unprofessional and rude place I've ever seen. The fat manager that worked there walked right past me as I was waiting to be helped in customer service for 10 mintues and then I finally got hai attention and explained that I called and was assured customer service would be open till 9 pm ,he Just brushed me off and said o well we're closed this was at 6:45 pm. The rest of the staff just looks at you and don't offer to help and this isn't the first time this has happened. I'll be calling corporate on Monday morning cause this is unacceptable customer service.

Over the past few months, this location has gone downhill fast. Disgusting. Food and trash all over the floor. Coolers are dirty. Checkout lane conveyers are filthy. Most employees wear their masks under their chin. I had to file a complaint with the county health department. I no longer feel safe buying food from there. It's that bad.

Do not order pick up from this location. Set my pick up time for 9-10. Was called and told there was a delay. I called back at 11 and was told it was ready. Entered the spot at 11:37 and didn't get my order until 12:27. No apology. No coupon offer to try and keep my business. And no text or confirmation that 2 of my items were not available. Complete failure for me at this location.

I spend thousands of dollars here every year, and was very happy when they started their curbside pick-up service a couple of years ago. However, my last few experiences with pick-up have been horrendous. On two occasions, we got home only to realize we were missing numerous items. Both times, when we called, we were basically told "Oops, we forgot a couple of your bags, but you are welcome to come back and get them". On another two occasions, the pick-ups were scheduled during a certain hour. The first time, the order wasn't ready until a full three hours later. On another, the order wasn't ready until the next day. I was not contacted either time and advised of the delay, and was simply told to call back every hour or so to check the status. Again, NO ONE called to advise me of any delay. I do NOT blame the employees filling the orders, but the store managers responsible for making sure the process runs smoothly and efficiently. Quite simply - do not offer the service if you can't keep your commitments to your customers.

I had groceries order almost a week ago, scheduled for delivery in the afternoon, for today so I could make dinner for the family when I got home from work. Imagine my surprise, that at 9 pm I'm still waiting an a delivery that was supposed to happen at six. I understand, times are crazy, but you had a week, you had all day.

This Kroger used to be a reliable late night stop n shop business. They decided they would operate normal hours and close. Service and product is bad during the day so I just go to Publix since they have the same hours now.

Service here on anything and everything you try to do is slower than Christmas of 2130. Is it really necessary for me to wait 10 minutes for you to cut for 1/4 of a pound of prosciutto? No. Is it appropriate to publicly berate your subordinates? No. Should an associate give you the biggest eye roll possible when you ask them where the bathroom is? No. All I am saying is, y'all can keep your piss poor customer service to yourself and I will gladly take my business to the Publix or Walmart across the street. Just sayin'.

This was one of the most sparkly clean Krogers I've been to out of all the Kroger chains and affiliates (Frys, Smiths, etc). We were here the other day and they were still doing good business in the late evening (8 or 9pm). One thing I did notice and laughed to myself about how they seemed to be trying to be Whole Foods is that there was a bar inside. Not really sure I'd ever associate a bar with being inside a Kroger, but I saw a few people sitting at it drinking and chatting. Odd, but if it works for them..
