Do NOT get a mortgage loan with them. I have been a customer for 20 years and they have made me pay for their continuous mistakes such as not ensuring critical documents at closing were taken care of as well as working with long time customers during hardships. They are awful.

this is the worst bank ever. not even worth your time. I would definitely put my money in another bank. They will not let you withdra your money. They make excuses. Hopefully the government shut this bank down. Put your money in one of the big four.

Appalled by the lack of customer service! Called to verify a cashier's check ($110,000) and was told that this was not possible and against company policy. Tried to briefly reason with the person and she hung up the phone. She then would not answer after I tried calling back. Called to another branch and the kind lady immediately took care of it. After seeing your reviews, it makes more sense. If you are thinking of using this particular bank, you may want to consider a smaller branch or another bank/credit union entirely.

I would give less than a star if I could. Was some of the most unprofessional, unhelpful, rude interactions I have ever dealt with with a bank. They hang up on you repeatedly, argue, and are very disrespectful. I would strongly encourage anyone not to do business with them.

What a shame...both my Bank and I reached out to Regions Bank to make them aware that a person banking with them scammed me out of $2300 and used their bank to receive the money. The lady that I spoke with was completely rude, laughing as she say to me that "this is not there problem and I need to take this up with my bank"... unbelievable! They were not willing to look into the matter nor did they ever respond to the request sent directly to them, directly from my bank. When any institution is willing to turn the other cheek instead of address the fraud taking place while some us their institution....heck no...I will never do busy with them nor would I ever recommend this bank. I will however do my part in hope of this never happening to anyone else.

Convenient downtown location, but often with inconsistent, sometimes inefficient customer service. Staff is readily available when no other customers present, but with two or more guests waiting in line, the teller(s) (there is often only one) seem unable or unwilling to end friendly conversations that would allow them to service other guests, leading to unnecessary wait times for other customers.In a residential setting or with more staff, this congenial customer focus might be more appropriate, but in a downtown environment that services operating businesses, it’s ineffective and inefficient.

Regions Bank is the worst bank possible to bank with. They allowed a scammer to scame me for $46.95 and refused to reimburse me for the money that was stolen from my account. I live in Nashville TN and the purchase was made in Florida, Regions refused to help me and gave me the run around and have continued to refuse to get my money back. I reccomend you to bank with a bank that will protect your money and not allow scanners to just take your money and get away with it. For all I care Regions and the scammers can all burn in hell.

Follow-up. Regions has now notified me that they are ending our 25+ year banking relationship and closing all my accounts, as well as my employer's bank accounts on which i had signature authority. Retaliation for a negative review? Seems likely since no one will provide me with any information on the reason they have taken this action.
