my card was shut off after less than a year using it. Regions claims its due to a chip issue. Its a brand new card. Every-time I go to the ATM or to the store, my card gets declined even with thousands of dollars in my bank account. Embarrassing. no one has time to keep coming to the branch for new cards. no one has time to get declined for every purchase

My card was recently used in fraudulent activity and was cancelled automatically through Regions online. I called Regions support (which was very helpful) and was told I could go to the main office to get a new card printed same day. Went to this location and the woman at the counter only stated I had to wait for another card and the one in the mail could not be cancelled. I informed her of what Regions support said and she responded with "I don't know they told you that because that ain't true". I left and went to a different Regions in Madison where they suggested they print a new one off and cancel they one in the mail... Some employees here are super polite and others are incompetent and choose to say no rather than do what they are paid to do. Customer service from the rude lady is two thumbs down. 0 out of 10. Do not recommend.

Dropped by to make a deposit and the women at the desk told me to have a seat until I was called by the teller. The teller was not waiting on anyone at the time. I ask her, why do I have to wait in order to make a deposit? She responded that this is Regions new banking concept. After a few minutes I was about to leave and the teller finally summoned me. I'll never go into that branch again.

slowest Regions Bank in the Nashville area. the branch i normally go to allows me to get money orders via drive thru...this one said i had to go in. when i went in, the female worker was rude and told me where to stand (the bank wasn't crowded at all) and the next teller would help me when they're ready. I'll stay with Regions but this branch is ridiculous...it's worth driving out of my way for better service at another location.

Every experience that I’ve had at this property has just been a bad. In no way shape or form should it be appropriate to degrade or belittle your customers but somehow this is ok. I would, never in my life, recommend this Brand to anyone!

This is the only bank within several miles that is still open and they were unwilling to make change for a $20 bill. Both of my banks are closed for covid with NO drive through available either. Good job on being a terrible service provider. Shame on Regions for not helping out a small local business by providing change for a $20 bill when we’ve been dealing with the tornado and covid aftermath.

1130 on a Friday. (Basically lunch hour). Walk in and there are 8 people standing in line waiting for the ONE teller. Cause obviously their lunch is more important than the customers who’s fees pay their paycheck? ?♂️ regretting opening our band’s business account here. I’ve been in two of these locations and both been a bad experience.

I sent a wire transfer at the Rosa Parks Blvd branch 3rd of February the service from adviser was substandard and then to make matters worse he missed a digit on the account # , l got charged $25 to send wire and then $15 to receive bounced back wire transfer of no fault of mine. I went back to the bank and met with another advisor more mature gentleman, patient and very professional. He cleared up colleague’s mistake, resent wire then got charged another $25 , hope y’all are counting $$ and then l reached out to the advisor who made the mistake only to be told wire dept is still investigating error ( Notice l reached out not him).How long does it take to admit your mistake and refund ! Who does that to their customer! Regions very dissatisfied with response from them. I hope l get a refund soon b’cos this is bad customer service.
