extremely slow service. You will be waiting in the drive through line for at least 45min and then it takes them another 20min to fix whatever problem you are having.

Bryan and the team at this Regions went above and beyond with their customer experience for me opening up a new bank account. Highly recommend for any students in the area - they were super understanding and helpful in providing resources!

This location has nice and helpful employees, but it is located in an awkward spot that can be hard to get to and the ATM is seemingly NEVER operational. It is extremely frustrating going out of my way to stop by the ATM, especially when I have to navigate a busy intersection, only to pull up and see it is out of order.

Even with Covid Conditions in place the Staff were Very Cordial & Helpful. Considering the difficulty getting there the Experience was Wonderful.??

Bankers here are relaxed and helpful. There is no Regions bank in the city where I reside. I had to relocate. Bankers still helpful. I’m glad for online banking.

Very poor banking experience. 2 Awful situations. My potential car loan did not meet expectations nor promises. The branch manager was incredibly friendly, just seemed incompetent which is a recurring theme here. Long time banking customer for years, yet the branch manager cannot even help me with a few small fees as I provided proof that the fees were caused due to Region Online banking problems? Corporate- let your Branch managers have some authority. Big Banks have enough problems- do not lose your personable "neighborhood bank" more than you already have. Friendliest people but Consistent incompetence. Jason, Branch Manager at 8th Ave lost a client for life when he couldn't waive a few small fees for a long time customer who proved the fees were not his fault. I had 100k in the bank- and now it is with Pinnacle.
