Today Tuesday 1-30-2024 I withdrew money from my account and I gave him $100 dollar bill from my perse for change. So as I was driving I counted my bills and opened one of my 2 rolls of quarters. It was .75 cents short.I drove back to the bank and counted the second roll of quarters and it was .50 cents short. The man told me the machine rolls the coins. I know when you bring rolls in the teller counts them.So I complained to corporate and the branch manager. The manager is going to call me and put the $1.25 in my account. So People Please Count Your Rolled Quarters Before Leaving This Bank. The Rolled Quarters Are SHORT!!!UPDATE:At 1:01pm today 1-30-2024 the bank manager returned the money into my account. Im very satisfied with the outcome Thanks David!

Today 1-30-2024 I went into Regions 599 Gallatin Pike to withdraw money and I gave them $100 dollar bill to get charge.I got two rolls of quarters. So as I was driving I counted my bills and I counted one roll of quarters 4 times. It was .75 cents short. So I drove back to the bank went to the man that gave them to me. I counted the second roll in front of him and it was .50 cents short. So they owe me $1.25.I put in a complaint with corporate and the branch manager. He going to call me and put the money in my account. So people please count your rolls of quarters you get from this bank before leaving. The rolls of quarters Are Short. The bank teller says the machine rolls the coins. I know the teller counts the rolls when you bring them in.

Absolutely the most unprofessional experience banking i ever had. David Rhodes, the bank manager, does not care about you as a customer. After filing a complaint to get infomration on my account being put on hold, he admitted to not doing any sort of follow up as to what needed to happen to get the situation rectified. When contacting him to actually do the followup he gave smug reply's filled with indifference and incompetence. This is not the "man" you want watching over your finances.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else with your banking needs. The leadership at this branch is only looking to take your money and to not be botherd while eating their Burger King

I have been a regions banker for 8 years now and they have forgiven overdraft fees once in that time….i went today in the hopes of having an overdraft forgiven since it was a charge that I shouldn’t have been charged for and had the emails saying such, but regions would not waive the overdraft. I have started banking with chime and they are waaaaay better

So today I had to go to the bank which I typically do once a month to get a cashier's check to pay my rent I bank it this bank and have several accounts and have never paid for one of these through my bank but today Miss Miranda who typically don't work at this branch charged me and then told me I was not a preferred customer now I've been banking it this bank for a few years now and I took offense to what she has said I think any of us that run a business or money through your bank is it preferred customer and you should treat us all the same I may have to rethink where I'm banking if I'm going to be discriminated against problem is I like this Bank and the access I have on it to count through its online site and the fact that their locations are everywhere but I do not like being treated inappropriately and I'll definitely express my opinion thank you Ms Miranda I hope next time you choose to work with your account holders lien holders long holders and suches

ATMs rarely, if ever work. Went in for a new debit card, they issued me one and I left only to find out it didn’t work. Had to sit on hold (twice) with customer service on a Saturday to untangle the mess that was made. When in doubt, just call Customer Service.

ATMs NEVER work, employees couldn’t possibly care any less, pulling out 800K & closing accounts tomorrow. Worst bank service ever

The East Nashville branch of Regions unfortunately is lacking in basic customer service skills. After requesting a simple notary this past week, I was met with a smug attitude from a branch "manager" who was unwilling to assist. Very disappointing.

DO NOT ENTRUST REGIONS WITH YOUR MONEY & TIME! This applies from experiences I've had with corporate and local. I've been a customer since 1987. I'm now searching for another bank. On 2/26, I made appt. to meet in order to resolve an ongoing issue. An error was made with a bill payment. Money was paid to the wrong vendor. Since early February, I've been trying to fix and/or get status. Initially, I spent ONE HOUR ON HOLD to speak with a rep. This rep had no knowledge of how to resolve but alas a ticket was made. I was told to check back 7-10 business days. When I called, I was told to give them 3-5 BDs. On 2/26, I went to local branch to inquire. I left STILL NOT KNOWING WHERE MY MONEY IS. REGIONS has a 3rd Party Vendor to handle BILL PAYS. Instead of me being directed to 3PV, I was told by BANK MANAGER via staff guy to WALK INTO A CELL PHONE STORE TO ASK about my $ status!!! They GOOGLED the cell company and gave me it's number. WTF?! I left this branch on Saturday with the need of a separate inquiry but I was rushed out. I should have never been able to walk out Saturday WITHOUT KNOWING THE STATUS OF MY $ FROM THE BANK IN CHARGE OF HANDLING IT! Prior to this event, Ive had several experiences on other matters where I was continually transferred on the phone, with no resolutions. AND there's a comment below where REGIONS algorithms will make pending transactions disappear for a few days only to reappear-causing OVERDRAFT FEES. This is true and has been an ongoing protocol for awhile now. Overall, their customer service agents are bad. My $114 is lost in the system; it's lost in a 3rd Party's system and I still have no status or returned money. My $114 is not much in their eyes but it's money that I need now. REGIONS IS NOT GOOD BANK. For kicks and giggles, I recommend research the concept of "FRACTIONAL RESERVE BANKING" and THE AMERICAN DREAM FILM on YT. It'll explain how our banking system is a house of cards and THIS ENTIRE SYSTEM is constructed to impede us, not help us.

This review is over regions as a whole. Not this location specifically. For whatever reason regions would hold large transactions back for a period of time. And then once I’d forget about the large transaction, I’d make smaller purchases thinking I had money. So then they'd post the large transaction after a period and load my account up with the smaller transactions at $35 per overdraft fee. This adds up FAST. It’s funny how Wells Fargo didn’t have an issue like this with my transactions. I haven’t gotten an overdraft fee since leaving. I guess their system is just slow. Sometimes it would take days or a week for transactions to post to my account. Very strange considering other places post almost immediately or in a day.

This bank allowed someone to come in and steal $5500 from my accounts without asking the proper questions. They have failed to protect my money.
