If there’s one thing you can count on, it’s this location’s ATM being broken. It has been down for weeks and is extremely frustrating.

Have worked in the Midtown area for a while and banked in Hendersonville which has been far from convenient. Have planned to move my account for the longest time and it has just gotten pushed down on my to-do list. Today, I needed to get $50 in one dollar bills. Stopped at Fifth Third, which was closest to me, with cash in hand and was turned away. While I would have understood if the lobby was full or if I was trying to cash a check but to refuse to convert cash to cash??? So, I went a few blocks down to Regions, walked in, was greeted warmly and told they would be happy to help. Thanks for making my decision so easy, transferring all my banking to Regions.

Apparently you need your I.d and debit card to withdraw money from your account. This was new to me so I thought I’d pass the information along.

At the age of 18 when preparing to move out of my parents house, I opened my first checking account with Magnolia Federal Bank. After mergers, I found myself to be a Regions Bank customer through this same account. Although I have transferred my primary account to Republic Bank (who is amazing by the way), I still had a farm account through Regions. A couple of weeks ago, I found out second hand from an account that I have set up with direct deposit that my Regions account was frozen. I never received a phone call or a letter from anyone at Regions. I then made two attempts in person to clear up this problem. I was assured that the mortgage payment had been processed and would not accrue any late fees: this was an outright lie and thankfully FarmCredit has been understanding. They still have not told me what they are accusing me of (but have implied check fraud --when I am about the most honest person I know and would NEVER do this), and they are closing my account. Something I also just learned second hand from my sister. They initially planned to keep our money for two weeks while they processed this closure, but after insistence of my sister who is also on the account, they agreed to cut a check for the balance tomorrow. If you have a REGIONS BANK account, I would take all your money out as fast as possible. There is something very shady going on there.

They have two atms and they are both broken. You cannot find atms in nashville that allow for the smart deposit and this one has two that do not work.

Will Horton goes out of his way to be helpful. As long as this bank has people like him it will be 5 star in my book!

Stack that money to the sky!! When i get to heaven i can send it back down to help poe people!! It did not take me long to open a checking and saving account!! Love leaving money in the bank so it can stack up interest and build up by the end of the year!!

Only been to this location once. I usually go to the one on 21st ave but they are pretty much the same. The tellers are always friendly with smiles bright on their faces. Wait time isn't very long but if you have been standing there for a while, the drive thru tellers will usually help you if there is no one in the drive thru. At least the teller on 21st ave does that

I had been with Regions for over 20 years, and always had great service until I had to deal with the Hermitage Branch. I had an issue with my account security. When I tried to get some answers, I got no response. I then filed a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Regions response was a call telling me they had closed my account. Before I could to the caller, he hung up the phone. Don't trust this bank.

There is no local number listed on the internet. I needed to talk to someone at my local branch with a question. Instead I'm on hold... it says for at least 15 minutes.
