Regions customers should avoid this location. The ATM often malfunctions and will steal your money when it's on at all (It also ate my card). There is no lobby ATM. There is no ability here to reissue cards. There is insufficient staff (And the ones that are there are often unhelpful). They will either refuse or tack on fees in almost every instance when you ask to do things like cash checks that other branches typically will with no hassle. Priority is given to the drive through even when there are long lines in the lobby.Regions ought to address the services provided and management here. They should replace the busted drive through ATM, have an ATM lobby or outside machine and get more staff. This is a very busy area of Nolensville pike going toward downtown and worth investing in.Just disappointing from a bank which usually provides very good service at all its locations and in general.

Been with Regions for 7 years. Banker Tommy is the rudest regions employee I’ve ever had to deal with. Very rude. Hung up on me. I called back twice and he refuses to let me speak with the branch manager. Won’t even transfer me to voicemail. Terrible branch

Let me preface this with it seems to have gotten better, but as no reparations or apologies were ever really made let's have at some stories. I was a customer of a bank back in 1979, that bank got bought out by another bank, that bank got bought out by another bank, that one got bought out by Union Planters, and that finally got bought out by Regions. This is how I came to be with this bank. I've never had a problem until they were Regions. Incident 1: someone stole a check out of a mailbox, copied my signature and checks, and wrote $3000 worth of checks until they cleared out my account. I was unable to call anyone as the Regions phone numbers were sticking me in a phone loop, had to haul a** down to this regions where I got in a couple of minutes before they closed. Fraud alert, account shut down, numerous notes, police report submitted the next day, spent nearly two months fighting with them to drop the bounced checks, overdraft, random charges. Decided to stick with them, don't know why at this point because it would have been easier to leave. Incident 2: decided to get a HELOC with them. Me and wife signed off as it was required that both of us sign. Her name is Kim Y... they kept putting in the wrong social security number. We kept correcting it, loan officer said there was just some wrong piece of info that they had purchased her info from another bank. This was false. We'll say the wrong piece of info (which we discovered later,) is there was another Kim Y with that other social security number who happened to have an account. The loan officer really should have caught that after the address, social security number, phone number, and age had to be corrected the second time and were correct on the paperwork we submitted. But no. I know from the panicked call I got from a Regions employee that the other Kim Y had filed a police report of fraud, or was filing it, because this loan officer had not caught that it was a different person, even though informed over and over again that all the info was incorrect. Well, that guy had quit the day after we signed the loan, and he was five weeks gone when the other Kim Y tried buying a house and was turned down because she had a loan with me evidently, even though we'd corrected the paperwork twice he somehow submitted it with the wrong Kim Y info. So Regions closed the loan down, made me and my Kim Y redo the paperwork once again, and supposedly this all happened while the other was in the middle of a life crisis (which buying a home is in essence). My guess is if added up we wasted about 12 hours for the HELOC... closed it a couple of months later. Incidents 3 involved a teller that constantly could not read my handwriting. I mean, I know it's not the greatest but I ended up taking pictures and asking people if they had any trouble reading it and it was a resounding no. Numbers are legible. I'd submit a deposit slip where maybe the total was 400... she'd count the cash and smarmily tell me that I had put the wrong number down. I'd ask if it was $400 and she'd say yes, I'd ask what she read when looking at the deposit and she'd get angry. This was a while ago, she doesn't work there, but it was pretty consistent. Made me use the ATM for the couple of years she was there. Now, it's better now. I start thinking back to why I haven't left and it comes down to with my work I've worked with a lot of other banks, and I've heard their horror stories... so yeah, just not wanting new ones.

Thank you for keeping me waiting just to tell that you are not to able help me with sending money. Don't waste your time if you wanna send money through western union, they won't help you unless you open an account with their useless bank. You can walk down the street 3 minutes and they will be happy to assist you

I've only been to this regions twice in the last few months. The 1st time I requested the checks to be cashed and deposited to use right then. The teller messed that up. Update to yesterday... I went in to deposit both my checks and my step dads check... I wrote my account number on both checks.. I requested it to be cashed and then deposited for use right then again... she agreed. Then she deposited my step dads check. Come to find out she deposited my checks into my step dads account along with his checks. This is the last time I come to this location. May even switch banks. Place had gotten worse and worse over the years.

Regions is OK. My general take is that the people at the local branches are wonderful, but the overall philosophy of the bank is right in line with big banks across the world: keep customers at arm's length in order to maximize profits. For example: their standard lobby hours are 8:30-4pm, basically stating: the only way to see us is to inconvenience yourself during your workday - we will not take time out of ours to accommodate you. Another basic CS example: If you can get a physical business card in order to reach your local bank directly it is like GOLD, due to the fact that Regions does not publish its local branch phone numbers. If you can reach a banker directly they are usually wonderful to work with. However, the overall scheme here again just says: we are not really wanting to serve you so we will hide our phone number. This isn't a 1-star review so I have to give some props to the local help in this Woodbine branch - our banker has been very helpful and fast especially in our home loan process (through another lender of course) - so once you get past the "big bank" barriers they are good people to work with. By now you get the point: the people are GREAT, the organization and structure not so much. I would go back to a credit union in a heartbeat were we not in too deep at this point.
