I’m usually a pretty patient person but when you’re in the drive thru first, just trying to get change, and someone else pulls into the lane closer to the glass don’t skip the person that was there first. very unprofessional.

The bank policy of charging non customers a $20 fee to cash a check, that is from a customer's account makes ZERO sense. The manager stated, we don't keep money on hand for non-customers. We only have funds available for our clients. I came to cash the check here because my client is your client and they have funds in their account.

I've been a customer at this location for more than 8 years. The customer service has been excellent. Like all banks, they get busy at times and the weekend hours should be longer.

Unlike one of the reviews of not having to wait, there was no one at the window around noon. Despite the lane being OPEN. I sat and waited for longer than I needed to, then just left. Before that, I was treated with short responses around the same time of day. The man in the window asked me if there was anything else he could help me with. Before I could answer with a yes I need...yada yada, he said "thank you" and rushed off somewhere. Not very fond of this location.

This bank made me go through the worst experience ever. I didn't have my wallet on my so I relied on them to let me withdraw from my account with my account number and they said the process could not be done because of me not having an ID, so if I lose my wallet and have no ID or bank card are they just going to reject me? That doesn't make me feel safe to bank with them AT ALL. I then later on stopped by to deposit money at the ATM drive thru and it said my transaction could not be done. Literally, not a single enjoyable moment at this branch. I'm only adding a star because I can't post it without a star, don't be fooled.
