I came to this branch to do some deposits for my job. I went to the commercial drive through window to which I noticed the girl working in the windows struggling to run the tubs and the commercial lane while her coworker who was sitting behind her working the inside was on her personal phone while the other girl was scrambling. The girl at the commercial window told me I would have to come inside to which I understood with the amount on deposits that I had. I pulled around and parked and as soon as I walked through the door the girl who was on her phone (who also claimed to be a manager when I called to complain) immediately said when I walked in “Hey.” Instead of a “hello how are you doing” or a “hello how can I help you”. I walked up and proceeded to tell her one of my deposits was going to be wrong because it needed change. The girl immediately got an attitude and said “I have already talked to your manager and we are not doing these deposits. They can be left in the night drop”. I worked as a teller for almost 4 years and when I tell you I was taken aback by the way this woman talked to me. I had never seen her a day in my life and she has never seen me. So how would she even know what company I worked for? Later that day my coworker went to the region up the road and said they were so welcoming and accommodating. This company should really look into their employees more before hiring. It costs not one penny to be nice.

I don't normally take the time to leave a review but since I've been trying to access my account for hours and have nothing to do I guess I will. This review is for the entire chain not just this branch. Customer service is garbage and there seems to always be something wrong with my account that prevents me from accessing MY money. Consider using a piggy bank before you consider this bank

I have been a Regions customer for over 10+ years now and I love the service they provided. This isn't my home branch. But I came to this location because I needed a replacement card printed on site. Jack, the bank teller, was very helpful and polite. He addressed my issue with ease. Very pleased with the service I received here.

By far the worst banking experience I've ever had. A lock was placed on my account, and nobody at this branch did anything about it--no matter what I did. I spent 2+ weeks fighting tooth and nail for them to unlock my money and was told repeatedly that nobody at the branch could do anything for me. People would promise to call me back with updates, then never call and act surprised when I walked in asking for answers. I was told 24 hours for a fix, 3 days for a fix, and then up to 3 MONTHS to receive my money - mind you that it was an entire month's worth of pay that was completely inaccessible. I was not even allowed to close the account. My funds were trapped. I even called the bank that the checks were drawn from and there were no issues - all checks had cleared. I am a new resident to Nashville with bills and rent to pay, but nobody here was interested in helping retrieve my money beyond telling me that there was "nothing they could do". I barely made ends meet that month. Had a talk with the Branch Manager, Drew S., and he was completely unwilling to help and was totally unbothered that a month's worth of my paychecks were inaccessible by me, despite the checks having cleared with no issues. We asked to meet in his office but were immediately met with a bad attitude and an outright refusal to meet in his office. Don't bother talking to him unless you're a fan of being belittled, never having your issue resolved, and want excuses instead of action from your bank. I know, for a fact, that this branch is completely INEPT because I went to a different branch in Nashville and the issue was RESOLVED and I had my money in-hand after only 20 MINUTES of meeting with the Branch Manager there. No empty promises or "I can't do anything for you." One conversation, and it was fixed. If you are thinking about walking into this branch, RUN the other way unless you love cruel and unusual punishment. I've never had a worse customer experience in my life, and I say that with zero exaggeration. Take your business to a local bank, or ANY OTHER BANK for that matter. Regions, do better. Take a CLOSE look at this branch and the people who run it. I surely wouldn't want these people running a business with my name on it.

The way you handle the drive up transactions are ridiculous. I waited for 40 minutes and finally gave up. If a transactions takes this long you should ask the customer to come inside. Do better.

Constantly way under staffed. Block out 45 min or so for visits for any reason.

Just got an account with them Friday afternoon, and I wanted to look into Money Market accounts while I was there. I asked specifically about the APY and I was told I had to have a balance of $15,000 to avoid the monthly fee, yet their website states $2,500 helps avoid the monthly fee. Not sure why the need to not be honest, but honestly I just want a bank that is conveniently close to where I live. I will be looking for a new bank soon, however, because who would trust a banker who lies to her customers? I'm guessing no one. So after literally 4 days with this bank I already am looking for a new one.

After opening an account in person several months ago, this branch failed to put my signature card on file, and as a result I had a hold on several accounts due to transactions that were frozen after months of using my accounts. I spoke with several upper level employees at the branch, and they did absolutely nothing to try to help resolve the issue, nor did they even accept blame or apologize for the error. I would recommend finding another bank.
