When to the bank to activate my credit card because I’ve been trying to do it online for over a week I was told inside the bank they cant help me I need to call to get the card activated I called while I was at the bank I was told because I don’t have a Social Security number. I had to go inside of the bank to get the card activated. I returned to the inside of the bank. I was told to sit down ….The agents that work inside are rude and don’t seem to care about the customers…This is the worst bank that I’ve been to. I’m sorry I have a Regions account. I had to go to a different location just to get the card activated because no one wanted to help. they said they can’t help when they just they don’t want to …. got the card activated in minutes after going to a different location

I doubt that anyone will even care about this review because it is obvious that there is no regard to customer service or would be customers. I went in to get change for 100 dollars in dollar bills and the agent said ohh you have a profile but I can't give you change it is only for customers so my first question is why and this experience will definitely have me and those I advise not to use this bank and why do they have a profile on me and not treat me as a customer. Unfortunately I will be trying to figure out this profile comment

I don’t really know what to say about my experience at this location... on one hand, I consider the employees to be nice, but I don’t understand why I had to stand outside in 40-degree weather to settle an account issue while the teller ate her food during our interaction.... they had the lobby closed for inclement weather, but had me standing out in said weather.

I am extremely disappointed after waiting about 45 minutes on the phone to get a hold of someone in the bank, my call gets directed to a call center I explain I need to clarify a few things with the lender only for my call to get redirect to another call center. Honestly Google should give you an option to put zero stars instead of one because I will give them nothing at all. Just to clarify it was 45 minutes before I got the the call center another 20 minutes before I got the other call center.

Worked with David today to set up a new account and it was a great experience - he was incredibly helpful, personable, and thorough. Great first impression of Regions as a bank!

Always dealt with very nice, respectful, and competent people here. We've switched our accounts to Regions because of this. This branch in particular is quite convenient and they process business rather fast. Highly recommend using this branch.
