What in the world is going on in this place ? they didn't want to cash my check from world finance due to having an out of state id and they asked for a second form of identification....they wanted a credit card with a picture on it hahaha never seen one...tried to explain that I have cashed in regions before and she hushed me with a snotty face ??....pure ignorance at its best.

i go to this bank frequently for work, and every single person is at least decent except for today with a man named marlon. the rudest person ive encountered here, with a terrible attitude and no respect.

Some of the rudest employees ever, I don’t even write reviews but they deserve all the credit. There terrible , I left another bank to come open an account with them and I can better service at a grocery store. I called in to fix a problem with my account, the attendant on the phone didn’t say hello nothing just I’m putting you on brief hold, which turned into 15 minutes of just waiting then when she was ready I needed a moment and she just hung up the phone, I called back and the next person was just as rude, It’s ridiculous but what I do know is I can control who I bank with it’s privilege for me to bank with them not the other way around.

Some of the rudest people I've ever seen. This is why alot of people are moving away from traditional banks. I watched them act so snotty and just nasty to people. No smiles. No hellos. The guys at the counter act like you are annoying them by visiting the bank to do business. They should be kind to customers because they can take their money elsewhere. They did just open a brand new Chase bank within a stone's throw of Regions. I went into Regions because I was taking my elderly father to run errands and just watched the interactions as well as had my own. My experience totally solidified why I don't have a bank account there. NO ONE should be treated so poorly by some rude lazy tellers that have a chip on their shoulders, and who wanna be ugly to everyone they have to deal with. It doesn't cost anything to be kind. There's enough ugly in the world...

I walked in, went up to the teller and said “Hi, I’d like to deposit this check”. The woman said “Are you gonna be nice?” I just ignored her but now wish I would’ve questioned her. What’s that supposed to mean? I’m guessing because I look young and was wearing a tank top? Very unprofessional and uncalled for. Instead, do your job and say “we can take care of that for you” instead of judging me based off of the way I look and making me feel uncomfortable.

I can’t express how grateful I am for Jana and this Regions branch! I received an email yesterday morning regarding a hold on my account that I needed resolved ASAP. I tried a Regions location closer to my house, but they were closed even though they were listed as open online. I got to this branch very close to closing and Jana and the staff were gracious and resolved the issue in record time. I will definitely be going to this branch in the future for any of my banking needs. Thank you Jana!

Wouldn’t even give them one star honestly. If you want a bank that understands what it means to be understanding through a pandemic stay as far away from regions as possible they don’t care about anyone but themselves.

After years of business, filling their coffers off American hard work, many transactions every time I turn around, EXTRA charges. During the COVID-19 and 2020 Mt Juliet Tornado I faced many over draft fees trying to make ends meet... No sympathy from this bank during the crisis, and still constantly charging Americans for everything with no relief. NOT my choice for banking as an American!
