Whether it's giving me sound investment advice or replacing a debit card, this bank is a class act. After dealing with a competing bank in town... Regions is a breath of fresh air ! When I go there, I feel genuinely welcome.

I arranged to travel out of the country and use my card, but now that I am here, the card won't work. And I have called (internationally) the branch and the card company multiple times with each suggesting it is the duty of the other to fix it. Meanwhile I'm stranded without bank access. Not only is this poor service, it is dangerous to me.

Applied for a HELOC. They appraised the wrong property in another town 42 miles away. When I brought that to their attention, they doubled down on their incompetence and said it didn't matter. They followed that up by denying the loan stating that my 749 credit score was the reason. The employees there show up for work with two goals in mind, Lunch break and Quitting time.

I absolutely LOVE Regions, this is the best bank and I've now transferred all my banking needs to Regions. This branch also has two of my favorite bankers, Kenny and Carlos. They absolutely go out of their way to take care of you. Carlos helped us with a car loan and went as far as calling the car dealership for us while we were negotiating a deal. Kenny worked with me to open up 4 different accounts for my personal and business needs. They really try to take care of you here!

Uncooperative, borderline dishonest business. Deposits are held for weeks before credited, off-site customer service is useless. Manager was insulting regarding a deposit check stating he did not think the check would clear and the reason for withholding funds. My check deposited 3-17-18 cleared my bank on Monday the 19th but still holding funds as of Monday the 26th. The funds were in the receiving account on the 20th but the bank will not allow access. Avoid this bank; they will not return funds nor credit the funds to the recipient as of this review date.

I was in their February 05, 2018 to check my 1099 int. Form to see when they going to mail the form the lady said it hasn't been mailed yet. I talked my aunt the next night she said that she had already receive the week before. So the day i called the 1800 # i was on the phone about a hour most of the time waiting to be served after the gave me the run around i sat their and was wondering this is the way you treat your customers, all i wanted is to get a straight answere so that i get my taxes done on. February 14th needless to say i got my 1099 int. Two days ahead of time. Thanks for the help, for the I'm being served i think i am taking my finances somewhere else that's is the way you treat your customers.
