Employees visibly do not care about you. I don’t blame them they probably don’t get paid anything. You could get more empathy from Patrick Bateman. They wouldn’t stop eating their lunch to tell me that they couldn’t care less if I starved to death. Also the employees have terrible fashion, not sure who thought plaid on stripe would ever be good even as a divorced mother. Smelled bad. Terrible service.

Since March I have literally been going through a tough time. I got evicted, lost my brand new car, lost my job, and have been homeless living on the streets for five months. I recently moved to Nashville to start a new and began to work with my personal issues. I was assisted by Both April Young and Bhavini Patel, and both were the most intrusive, disrespectful, degrading and insensitive individuals that I have ever met. Unfortunately, I had a 2 hour standstill because neither one wanted to assist me in issuing a new debit card that I had requested which l eventually led them to call the cops to remove me from the premises. Unannounced to me, they would also Deactivate my account were I am no longer a member at Regions Bank. I have never felt so embarrassed in my life and regret to have ever became a member at Regions Bank.

Do not bank with this branch. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Especially the manager Bhavini Patel. We have been banking at regions since 1996 and to be treated so horribly and disrespectfully is insane to me . Patel needs to learn how to approach her customers and provide better customer service.

I went through the window to make a deposit, and the teller made me enter the bank, she gave me the money back through the window and it is making a lot of noise, and all the money flew out and I had to run out of it!!! I'm 7 months pregnant!!!! 200 dollars was lost, which of course she did not recognize me!!!! Besides, I queued for 1 hour to make the deposit and what really bothers me is that she received deposits from other people through the window

Terrible management! The Indian lady there at the Harding Mall branch asked what I needed, and I told her a copy of a cleared cashier's ck. She said "No we can't do that." I told her I purchased the ck from this branch. She insisted "No we don't do that!" So she became offended and her ego seemed to be inflated because I insisted yes, it can be done. Where would I get the info if not from the bank where I purchased the check? She told me to calm down and I told her to calm down, then she asked me to leave. She was obstinate and angry, I am thinking because she did not know her job. It was her job to find out how to do it. I went right down the street to another branch and Mr. Morales gave me the copy within ONE MINUTE!!!! Why couldn't she help? Why did she threaten to call the police? I didn't threaten her. Mr. MORALES KNEW IT WAS THE HARDING MALL BRANCH. Apparently they have a lot of complaints. Why does she feel the need to threaten black people with the POLICE? IS SHE AFRAID OF MINORITIES?

Horrible branch. Employees are unprofessional and rude. Typically I don't go to bank often. Most of the banking can be done online nowadays. Went there may be after 3 years. Ridiculous behavior by the employees. I have other bank accounts. Never had such a rude behavior by any of those. When I opened this account several years ago it was different. BTW that's in Florida. Not sure it's the branch issue or Region's customers service went to drain. I am planning to close this account. There are millions of other banks who provides better customer service.

0 Stars! I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH REGIONS SINCE WE OPENED OUR ACCOUNTS! WHILE MY WIFE AND I ARE WAITING TO WITHDRAW $50 DENITRA MOORE WAS ON HER PHONE THE WHOLE TIME AS WE WAITED ONLY FOR HER TO ASK WHY I HAVE AN ATTITUDE AND I HAVENT SAID A SINGLE WORD AT THIS POINT, SHE PROCEEDED TO THREATEN TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT?!?! SHE PROCEEDED TO USE PROFANE LANGUAGE TOWARDS MY WIFE AND I AS WE WAITED IN LINE WITH OTHERS JUST STARING IN UTTER DESPAIR AS TO WHAT THEY JUST WITNESSED, I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND SHE SAYS SHES THE MANAGER, LONG STORY SHORT, WE WITHDREW OUR MONEY AND CHANGED BANKS, AVOID REGIONS AT ALL COST YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH THEM!!! FROM ZELLE, ONLINE BANKING, TO TELLERS CUSSING YOU OUT, ITS TRULY A HOLE IN THE WALL BANK THATS RUN DOWN WITH TRASH EMPLOYEES. BBB WITH HEAR FROM ME AND FDIC FOR THREATENING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!

Horrible branch I live in Florida and was working in Nashville and went to this branch atm and deposited 1,150 that went through however when I made an additional deposit for 4,300 the atm was counting my money and then completely blacked out with just an arrow glass icon with my money still in the machine then it kicks my card back out with no receipt nor my money I had my cousin wait in front of the atm to make sure it didn’t spit my money back out and I went into the branch and they said there nothing they can do but file a claim here I am over 30 business days later and there telling me they don’t know what happened I know have my attorney’s involved and will get this resolved. Please people stay away from the thieving bank .!!!!!!!! You have Been Warned!!!???

This is a horrible bank that keeps resequences my payments causing me to Overdraft monthly for there benefits and allow charges to your account creating a bigger gap for those trying to get out of poverty.If there isn’t money in the account deny the charge not hard !

They closed my secured credit card without asking and all they could say was we thought that’s what you said…this branch is horrible…now my credit score has dropped because of them…and all they offered to do was open up another one which in turn would still hit my credit…if possible only do business from the drive through window…the inside makes too many mistakes that are costly
