the tellers and the people that wait on you inside have always beenfriendly and answered my questions that I had in regards to my account especially in my bank account. I want them to keep up the good work.

I have had nothing but problems with this bank! I am a bookkeeper for an elementary school that banks here and when my principal and I went to fill out a signature check card, we had to also have the old bookkeeper with us. The old bookkeeper moved to a different state and they were trying to see if we could get her to come back to have her removed from the signature card. That makes absolutely no sense when the person is no longer with the company and you have no way of getting in touch with them and they have moved out of state. It took a month of constant emails and going to the bank and we finally got that settled. Now, and year and a half later, I am on FMLA and we needed to add our assistant principal to the signature card, they're telling me that I have to be removed because I am not able to come to the bank with my principal and assistant principal to sign a new card instead of just adding the assistant principal to the signature card that I am already on. We're not removing anyone we're just adding a signature. But they said that I would need to come there or they'll have to remove me and then when I'm off FMLA, we all can come back and be added to ANOTHER signature card again!!! This is terrible customer service! Why do I have to go through so much trouble just to be added to a signature card when the same principal is there both times. It's so unnecessary and ridiculous! I would totally get it if we were adding or removing the principal's signature but this is not the case! I am hoping we can go to a different bank because this is totally uncalled for. On top of that the Branch manager Jared tried to argue with me!!! I just had to hang up the phone because clearly he has no customer service training to be a manager. He should never argue with a customer. If it were my choice they wouldn't have gotten 1 star.

I was told as a customer for 10+ years, never been flagged, consistent deposits - that they did not feel comfortable depositing my check. I’m still wondering why they didn’t feel comfortable - is it because I’m black or is it because I complained and now I’m getting retaliated against. Idk but I’ve only had this bank for years now I am forced to drop them because if Regions don’t trust me after building 10yrs worth of trust - I don’t trust them. If anybody know if I possibly have a case lead me in the correct direction.

I needed to ask question about a scam and was lucky to speak with Gregg the Branch Manager he was so nice and helpful. I was ready to change banks, so lucky I connected with him.

Unbelievably inept service from the tellers. I work out of town here in beautiful Brentwood. Been here for over a month. 3 times I have cashed my check at this particular Regions, three times it's been on a Thursday, and all three times the checks were dated for Friday.Now, with very little of my Per Diem left in my pocket, the teller refuses to cash my check.I honestly don't know what to do. I'll not have the time tommorow, which is why I came today. I don't why this woman would not cash it. I'm really at a loss right now.So, with all that being said, I recommend you steer clear of this particular branch. Their means and methods change with the winds and personal mood, than established MO.Have a wonderful day. ?

Great convenient location and the branch personnel (Shelley) was really friendly and helpful; however, if you ever try to call the bank, they NEVER answer the phone. So you always have to visit.

This bank was good but so far in 2019 they no longer serve their customers. They close early (even the drive thru) the app is always messed up. The guy at the window seems like he doesn't trust anyone & wont listen when you ask him to do something.

Understaffed. I waited ten minutes in the drive through line only to park and go inside and wait another five minutes in line before I had to leave and go to an appointment. Only one person was attending to all of these clients, another was on the phone. Difficult to find a number to reach then directly.

Service here is awesome. They've made me like going into a bank and interacting with bank employees again. I choose to go in rather than go through a drive through most times.
