While attempting to pay off an auto loan through Regions, I kept being transferred from one customer service agent to the next for hours on the phone. I’ve been trying to pay this loan off for the last year, and every time I’ve tried it’s been the same problem. The last person I spoke with told me I needed to go into a branch, so that’s what I did. When I went into this branch and explained my situation and frustrations, I was told they could not do anything to help me and that I needed to call customer service again. I asked if they could at least provide me with the correct department number, or just make the call with me, and I couldn’t even get that basic level of assistance. It was especially disappointing because I had politely conveyed that I was mentally exhausted from being passed over so many times by the agents on the phone. I decided to walk out and continue to try to solve this problem on my own.

My wife and I are in our late seventies. At anyone time our accounts and investments will be in a significant range. At our age we do not bank online, we don’t even have a computer. We went into Regions Nashville West today to cash in 40000 rewards point. All the staff said they didn’t know to, go to another. branch. Nashville West is very convenient for us, but we will never go back. All they know how to do is deposit our money. Tom DeFord

Allison, the team lead here, helped me feel at home after relocating to West Nashville! The branch is beautiful with modern banking and each banking associate I met there was professional and friendly! I am happy to found this convenient branch!

The branch manager lied and told me that my account would close the day I called her. If your account closes then your not suppose to get into your mobile app. I have money in there and have yet to receive it.

This Regions Bank is located on Charlotte Pike in the massive Nashville West shopping plaza. For the most part, this is your standard bank locations with a few tellers, offices and drive thru. However, it is updated, well kept and clean!I have been a Regions customers for over 15 years now and reasons like this visit are one of the reasons why. I had an issue with my debit card and needed to get a new one, but really preferred not waiting on the shipping time and this location can print new debit cards on site. When I arrived on Saturday morning, JP was quick to welcome me to his counter. I let him know what I needed and within 3 minutes I had a new debit card, no issues. Was a quick in and out of 5 total minutes. When in need, this will certainly be my Regions go-to location!

This new branch is the worst location! Marci was extremely rude and refused to help me. She insisted that I spoke to a machine instead of sitting down and helping me even after I told her I would prefer to speak with a real person. I can't believe this is the direction Regions is heading and I am definitely going to bank else where.
