Been banking here for almost 12 years and never had any issues til today.Dont know if it was a new guy or missed some VERY important training,but he has got to go!!!1. Hand him a check and cash and tells me 3 100 bills are fake and his machine is telling him they are fake.(NEVER PUT THE CASH THRU A COUNTING MACHINE!!! I WATCH MY MONEY!!!) and tells me he has to keep them.I ask to see them several times before he decides to give them back so i can see them. They were not fake and i told him to not worry about them that i will put them in the atm. Atm took them no problem. Look on my atm receipt and i have a major amount missing.The check i told him to cash and then deposit was just deposited for tonight. Go back to the window ant tell him to fix the check,so he reversed the whole transaction,cashed the check AND FORGOT TO PUT THE CASH HE ALREADY DEPOSITED!!!FIRST GO AROUND YOU TRY TO STEAL 300 FROM ME,SECOND TIME YOU TRY TO STEAL 200...YOU SHOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH ANYONES MONEY,MUCH LESS WORKING AT A BANK!!!

I was just yelled at by Sonya White the assistant branch manager for following the bank’s guidelines for social distancingI was told that” I was in the way” while I was standing in a circle that literally says stand here l….Every spot ahead of me was occupied as well

The people here seem nice enough but DO NOT use the ATM!!! It has eaten 3 checks in the past 5 months that I tried to deposit. I filed a complaint but never got the money. They owe me a total of $400 now in checks that they have lost. I will be contacting the state and the BBB.

I'm still up in the air. The actual bank's business practice to hold items as pending for weeks, after which you typically forget about them, then they completely fall off, so you think that perhaps it cleared, but NOPE. Then the items pop up again, and can throw you off and cause overdrafts if you don't check it and verify everything every single day. The kind woman who set up my account was very nice, and a few of the tellers are very nice, and as I understand that it is nice to have a personal touch, if you have other cars waiting in the outside drive through teller bay and you're having a personal conversation with another customer, maybe ask them to hang for a bit so you can go ahead and take care of the other customer's who are waiting, because if I had time to chat, I wouldn't have come through the drive through, so please be aware that other people may be in a hurry and don't have the time or patience to hear your entire conversation with another customer, who obviously has no where else to be, about her kid's soccer practice, husbands, pets, etc, etc...
