I have a business checking account for over 6 years now with regions. And I can tell this is the best bank I ever had. the staff I have met during this years are being always friendly specially Maritza, she’s been always helpful and she really knows what she’s doing, So sad she’s now in a different branch.

My husband brought a ripped bill into this branch to exchange it for an acceptable one. The teller lady ran in through the machine, which legitimized the ripped bill. For some reason, she still turned to the other teller showing him the ripped bill and said, "Does this look like real money?" As she was also looking at my husband sideways. She had a very presumptuous attitude that was very unprofessional and insulting. However, the other teller ended up giving my husband the new bill out of his drawer.

Diana, she was holding the fort! It honestly should be illegal to only have 1 teller in the bank, and where is the security? I know we are not in a crazy place but Nashville has become quite the dangerous Dan lately. She was doing the inside and the drive-thru and from the window, I could not see anyone else in the whole teller area and she had a line inside too. Definitely hire some tellers and security please.

This bank is soooo slow. It always has just 1 lane open and usually has a lot of cars waiting. Hire more people!!!

Switched to this branch after just one visit. Teller knows me by name, definite upgrade from the one by Wal-Mart.

I've always had outstanding experiences with this branch. The staff is extremely friendly, and Marithza Ellison was wonderful to work with when refinancing my mortgage.
