Trying to phone this branch. Phone rings and rings about 20 times then disconnects. Website told me to contact Branch to get customer number. Was given erroneous information from 2 different people at customer service. So far 3 calls to customer service and no help. Very poor customer service.

Some people work nights and need money on holidays. Saturday before Easter at 10:30am and doors were locked. Ridiculous.

The ATM says it will charge you $4 as a non account holder but I was charged twice once for four dollars and once for two dollars and 50 cents. One more reason I no longer bank with Regions.

Worst financial institution ever. I have had an account for six months. In that time my account has been frozen three times. Once when I was across the country with zero cash, second when I had an $800 service done and again when I was at a supermarket. My card is denied and I had no access to my cash. I was told I didn’t have to be notified and they couldn’t even provide reasons for it and we’re pretty I apologetic. Their atm just ate my money and the woman at the Bellevue branch just shrugged almost like a “too bad” and had no answers and told me I had to call 1-800 to file a dispute and it could be 3-4 business days before I get it back so basically next week I can have my money that I need. If my out of state unemployment during the pandemic which was impossible to get wasn’t connected to this account and I wasn’t still out of work, I would’ve taken my money out the second time my card was getting denied. Stay far away from this place. I’ve dealt with employees that have no answers, inability to access MY money and I’m constantly humiliated in public by having my card denied when I have sufficient funds. This bank is absolute trash.

I came to open an account and Jamie Seaborn told me that she would help me do that and when i gave her my passport she started making up excuses to not open me an account and she asked me to bring my studet id which is not an official document. She refused to use my passport and I asked to see the manager and she said there is no manager here. She was simply racist.

This Regions seems to be understaffed CONSTANTLY. There is always a line whenever I go in there. Also, their ATM's calibration is off, and the ATM in general is VERY slow. Currently, their ATM is out of service.

I have been in business for 25 years and have sent employees, friends, and family to the bank to get change. But today was the first time I have been told If the person is not authorized to be on my checking account they can not get change for me.That is the craziest thing I have ever heard

Hey, I noticed the first two 1-star reviews expressed a lot of frustration, probably warranted, but I went ahead anyway and walked through the doors of this place to open a new account. It was a breeze. Great customer service, a very positive experience.

Three months ago my Power-of-Attorney forms were sent to Regions and they ignored it. Three weeks ago I sent my son to this branch to take care of it so he can pay bills and balance the checking account for me while I'm ill from chemo & radiation, and a banker named Mike refused to accept the papers saying to my son, "i'm not an attorney" then telling him the paperwork is bad AND IT IS NOT!!! That's AGAINST THE LAW in this state. 1. tHEY'RE required to accept POA paperwork, and 2. Mike was pretending he was a lawyer while saying he's not a lawyer. I called our attorney and explained what happened and he said to try another branch. It's been almost TWO WEEKS since that branch has had the papers and still, nothing (they had the papers, including my son's new signature card for a week, plus other information they needed, and nothing happened for a week and emails and calls were IGNORED).
