I wasn’t aware that my account was no longer active and that the items I requested weren’t in stock and that I would have to wait 6 weeks for delivery ( as per Madison store manager)

I was able to afford a laptop on payments for school that I wouldn't otherwise have been able to get. I do wish that there was an option to not include the little added plan with it though. But it's a minor thing, overall.
