My experience is down to the RTG salesman, Larry Hester. He recognizes people need to room to roam and browse, checking in periodically. High energy and smiles. We shopped two other furniture stores. I can say "Larry's" are rare. Other sales team members were testing the furniture; while he ran rings around them. I was happy to give him my business.

I bought a new couch and loveseat plus two nightstands and a chest today. Lauren was very helpful. I could not find a chest or nightstands I liked throughout the showroom and she was quickly able to help me find something online. I would definitely go back and get her assistance next time I need new furniture.
