Not so warm reception! My son and I were looking for a pair of high end sneakers. My expectations were high based on the reviews. Walked into the store neither associate spoke or offered a welcome to the store or any assistance. I did see a potential pair of sneakers I wanted to purchased but walked out the store due to extremely poor customer service. I will make sure to not recommend this spot to anyone.

Nice mix of French and English streetwear/high street stuff, and their labeled collab stuff is good quality. Will come back next time to see Cole and Avery! Thanks you two!

Rooted is one of my go to spots for sneakers and apparel. They carry some exclusive shoes and clothes I can rarely find elsewhere locally. I regularly shop there throughout the year, especially when they’re running a sale. I always find a new dope addition to my closet. They value they’re customers and it is felt every time I go into the store. I plan on being a customer for many years to come.

I'll call it unique. That picture you see with the few dozen shoes extremely well spaced out seemed to be all they had on hand, but the website has a ton of great stuff and I was hoping to see more. The four (4!) staff on duty on a sleepy Monday afternoon seemed quite happy to see us wander in and very helpful.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and there has been no update on shipping. Contacting their support via email and have received no response for some time. However, when I did receive a response the situation was addressed appropriately.

My 12 year old son said the aesthetic is nice. The entire staff went above and beyond to help him find the perfect shoes! They were very courteous and gave us great suggestions!

After reading one of the lower reviews, I was nervous about my package and cleared my schedule and watched the tracking like a hawk. The UPS tracking ROOTED used allow me to track the truck live which was a plus for me. I won my first raffle from ROOTED and Im so greatful after years of loses.?Everything came as it should with my shoes and processing & shipping only took 3 days from the store to my front door with a handwritten congratulatory note from (Hunter?) I believe. I will definitely give you guys my business again. Thanks for everything ?

Really great selection of brands. Some stand outs for me were Y-3 (found some really great shorts, last pair in stock!), a surprisingly extensive selection of Margiela basics, and some Junya shirts that stood out to me as well. It's also always nice to have a place to try on some Stone Island, since the material feel and details are so important to touch and see in person with those pieces. Of course they carry some Jordan/Nike hype and Stussy, but the real gems here are some of the unknown (to me) brands that I discovered. Also, are you really ever going to get the chance to see Visvim in person very often in Nashville??Along with some really great curation, the staff here was super friendly. They chatted with me for around 2 hours while I tried on what felt like was everything in the store. I like to be really intentional about clothes shopping, just because of the hefty price tags associated with most of the brands that they carry. Both Sarah, Sky, and , were all very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the brands and clothes that they carry. Not just trying to make a quick buck, they were honest about what they liked on me and what they didn't. They let me go about my business while I was in the zone, while also getting involved when I needed questions answered or another size. Top notch customer service makes or breaks a store like this, and I really love intuitive staff that are socially aware enough to give the customer what they're looking for.If you're into street wear, technical fabrics, and brands that you won't find anywhere else in Nashville, this is the place to be! Looking forward to coming to some of their events as well.Needless to say, I'll be back. Cheers y'all.

Rooted sent a generous amount of emails for order placed, currently in process, shipped out, out for delivery and delivered. A total of 4 emails in a span of 36hrs.When the package arrived and turned out empty, I reached out to Rooted. I got back one email the same day saying it was not the original packaging. I replied informing them, It do seem like it’s been repackaged but I could not initiate the claim to the shipper, the sender has to because of the circumstance that there’s a delivered tracking number and unfortunately it is empty.I never got another email from stay-rooted.com for 6 days. 4 of those are business days.They probably think I won’t win any charge back claims anyway since they have a tracking number saying delivered so the unwillingness to help was super strong. I’ll take the “L”, buy elsewhere and move on.I got a $100+shipping empty box from this merchant.

As a person that buys from Rooted, I would expect it to be fair when it comes to FCFS on shoe releases. However, they have a rule that says a chair does not save your spot, yet people do? I understand this may or may not be under your control on what happens when you all are closed. However, to be fair, people shouldn’t be allowed to leave chairs unattended and return to them. There should be a better way to do this for the people that sit outside faithfully waiting, while other people drop there chairs, leave, and then come back, something should be done. I see people using pods as a way to go around the use of tents. At a point in time this place used to be fair and now it seems like all resellers do is take advantage of the “unspoken rules.” Seems like nobody is fair anymore and everyone is just trying to make a quick buck, even with stores that backdoor pairs.
