Great Ross's to stop look around and shop at!!! Usually has a pretty good selection of stuff to find. Very friendly staff too. Usually do pretty good here to ok. Like this location! Off US 70S near I-40. 🙂

I asked the lady at the register kenzie to show me a necklace.There was no people, no lines.I was the only one and she was ude.No, even saying thank you.When I bought things and not even say a word ,I think just need a little bit more training or how to be nice with customers and customer service was not existing.

Horrible Cashier in this location. I spent almost $200 in this store just few minutes ago. I bought a big bag to put all my merchandise & ask one extra bag because I am traveling & I wanna put everything in the bag so nothing will fall off. My merchandise worth 2 bags to fit in & i only got one so I ask for one more bag & they can't even give it to me. I did not ask for anything out of ordinary I just need another bag to secure all my merchandise. So almost $200 spent & can't even give me another bag for my merchandise. I love ross but by far this is the worst store to go shop with.
So, I have to be upset first before they can give me another bag.
Not recommended at all.

Management does not communicate with staff. I was hired and waiting for my schedule. I called several time to check if the schedule had been set. No return calls were made. When I finally heard from them I was terminated for no reason after leaving messages and keep contacting them. I will never work at sawyer brown road.

It was nice... they have nice stuff at low prices!!! And its close by!!! I love finding things at a bargain!!! I know you do too!!! Staff is friendly too!!! Go on by and give em a try!!! Tell em Ricky sent ya!!! They dont know me... and it wont get you any kinda discount... but hey!!! At least theyd know who sent ya!!!
