They put out an item that they cannot sell to you because they dont have the equipment to get the lock out of the item. Then why you put it out there? Then the cashier just laugh at you after wasting 2 hours in the store. Terrible

Went in to return an item after purchasing it two days ago, and when I returned it they returned 1/3 of the item’s price. After leaving I realised they refunded 1/3, and when I went back told them they were wrong, they told me the item lost value, and when I told them I don’t want the refund and just give me back the item, they wanted me to pay the original price that I paid for it. And I called for the manger named Rodriguez and she was extremely rude beyond measures, and insisted on not giving me the full refund or the item back. I don’t know how Ross can hire such a person with this unbearable attitude and dealt with us with a disgusted attitude.

Not the best Ross but certainly not the worst, this Ross has a smaller toy dept than most but carries a ton of shoes, luggage, and home goods. It's clean and there's always a greeter that welcomes you. Missing is the constant high pitched BEEP of other stores, I don't see many of the screaming tags on items. If they'd only expand their toy and craft aisle it would be perfect!

One to two registers open on a Saturday. Un-freaking believable. A constant line of 30-40 people lined up in the center from the register to the other end of the store. The manager of the store was standing around talking to the security guard complaining and whining, didnt bother to open up a register to help the customers. I waited for 15mins and didnt move an inch. Ended up going to TJMaxx next door.

Good selection of men's clothing and shoes, but that's about it. Absolute insanity-provoking shopping experience.
The aisles are packed so annoying tight together, you can barely fit your own body through, literally cannot fit a cart through, and forget about if you have another shopper in the same aisle as you. This wouldn't be so terrible, except that all the main walkways otherwise are LITTERED with un-hung clothes/shoes. This store is literally a safety hazard waiting to happen, and I'm frankly surprised their legal team allows this with OSHA safety standards.
Now if you don't mind squeezing through the store and feeling in the way of every other customer every 5 seconds - the store also has *extremely* sensitive security tags on almost EVERY item over 20$. I understand stores being concerned with loss prevention, but during my short time in the men's shoe section, I saw multiple people literally just *pick up* shoes off the racks, and the security tags start ringing extremely loud. At any given time there are about 5-10 ear-piercing alarms going off in every section of the store. Not only does it send the clear message that Ross assumes all their customers are criminal thieves, but it also was so ear-piercingly loud in every section of the store, you cannot focus on what you want to buy.
TJ Maxx is in the same plaza and has none of these problems, so as much as one might chalk it up to "maybe it's just customer base in the area", this doesn't really seem to be the case in this situation.

One open register on Friday afternoon? Really!
Line wrapped around the store. There was at least a 30 min wait to check out. Do you still need door greeter in this situation?
Where's management?
Do hangers need to be organized when the line is this ridiculous?!
