I mostly shop at Ross. They've got a huge collection of quality name brand clothes and tons more. I get my stuff and my fiance stuff there. And he is very particular about what he wears. He has MS and is hyper sensitive to materials. However, he wanted to return a few belts and a Polaroid camera. He didn't have the physical card to put it back on (Regions), but had the card pulled up on the Regions app to scan. The cashier said she didn't know how to do it and come back in the next day with the card. I think because it was 15 minutes before closing, she didn't want to mess with it. I am 2nd sometimes 3rd shift and he's on my hours. I didn't wait till close on purpose. Anyway, he went in on the day before the 30 days expired. I didn't wait till that day on purpose either. We had a bad snow storm and was snowed in for over a week. Besides the cashier told him to come back and it'd be ok. I went in the next day with the card and the cashier told me it was past the 30 days and I'd have to take store credit. You're talking one day and it wasn't for $5-$10 no it was a $626 receipt and the camera was $89.99 plus belts (3 belts he got the wrong size) were $60. I explained what happened the day before and she said "Sorry I can't override the system", Give me your opinion on how it should been handled. Do you think I should have been able to get my money back on my card or do you think they did the right thing by making me take store credit? It's not going to effect me shopping there, I love Ross! But it has made me a little skiddish to purchase any high ticket items or a large quantity of stuff there. Tell me what you think.

some of the employees here need an attitude adjustment, specifically a cashier named “bridgette.” so impatient and rude, at least her ugly attitude matches her ugly face.

It is a good place to buy everything but I only give it three stars for two reasons, there is no variety in small size numbers for men, for example 7,7/2,8, 8/2, and the other reason is a lot of mess to deal with. the people who break the boxes and leave the products lying around

The perfect spot to find my son some luggage for his upcoming trip. Very sturdy Samsonite luggage for a decent price.

Dressing room doors are backwards and have no locks.I understand the customer variety in the area is most likely the reason the doors were manipulated but why do we not respect the privacy of naked women trying on clothing? I regret picking up and organizing a display of items that were all over the floor. I used to work for this company and I am ashamed to have worked for a company that is okay allowing women to undress in an area with no door. We live in a world where anyone can be a woman and this location removed locks where women undress. Bravo. I can’t imagine what the restroom situation looks like. They also just leave security alarms attached to merchandise all over the store when they are triggered. We attended to alarms when I was an employee.I cannot review the behavior of the customers (I wish) but I can review the behavior of employees. Someone from management or corporate decided to expose naked women to anyone who touches the doors. If only we had doorknobs with keyholes so management could enter a dressing cubical when required. I don’t know or care why staff would need to enter but theft is usually silent. Exposing undressed women isn’t an appropriate solution to whatever the bad apples were doing in those dressing rooms. You don’t even have to desire to look at the naked customers. You could simply stumble while walking by and smack the backwards door into a naked person, potentially injuring both involved. Did management/corporate never see a child touch a wall or door just because they can? Humans learn by using their senses. Humans in training touch things. Doors hiding naked people shouldn’t be opened by applying pressure to the door. FYI Ross, that’s a liability issue that doesn’t include exposing naked women. Again, bravo. Two problems. At minimum, there should be a knob that requires a turn of the knob to open. They even sell those knobs without locks, since management wants access to naked people so bad.The only appropriate response from Ross would be to answer this question: did removing the safety of a dressing room lock and refusing to inform women that they will be undressing with no security as they check in with the fitting room attendant solve whatever problem you thought would be solved by turning the doors backwards? There’s a Home Depot across the street that sells doors.Where do you want your wives and daughters to undress when trying on clothes in a store that advertises its regular stock of clothes? Spend the gas money and go to a different location.

The customer service wasn't all that great. The store had a smell to it like they were having sewer issues. The fitting rooms could use a good cleaning and updating as well.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I hope it was an oversight with the holiday rush, but my husband was charged twice for 1 of the pairs of shoes that he purchased today. BUT, everyone watch out, you never know. He will return today. We'll see what happens. 11 18 23. Photos of the receipt in hand

The place was dirty, the employees were lazy and rude- I waited in line for what seemed like 45 minutes just to get 2 items and when I got to the register they couldnt even ring them up because of some kind of barcode issue. I was very frustrated and ended up leaving. Wont be back to this store.

This store needs new management like yesterday. A significant portion of the staff at this location has displayed unprofessional behavior and a lack of courtesy to their customers. The persistent issues with wait times and the behavior of some staff members suggest a need for improved leadership and customer service training. Save your self (30- to up to an hour waiting time) and drive to a different location.

The clothes are of good quality and the prices are affordable, as for the cleaning in dressing rooms, it needs a dusting
