I love Sam's Club and this is my go to location in general. I have both Costco and Sam's membership and I prefer Sam's over Costco any day. Solely for their online pick up orders. Yes, because I am that lazy to go in, ok, it's not that....it's more likely I hate hauling big bulky items into the cart and then into my car by myself...not only that....but if it's not at 8AM, I am not going into sams...no way. I hate crowds and the parking lot is just ridiculous lol I will stick to my online pick up orders :)

Felisha in the pharmacy was very helpful. She came out and found the medicine my daughter needed. Thanks again. I love these employees here. So friendly and helpful.

Sams always have amazing deals. The Rotisserie chicken is off the chain and still reasonably priced at 4.98. Sams is full of amazing deals wandering down the aisles , is full of instant savings and clearance prices on items that lead to extreme bargains.The food, beverages, cleaning supplies, electronics, clothes,office supplies ,pet food, kitchen items include name brands that are recognized and are of quality.

Dirty store and parking lot. Sam's club used to be nice when I was growing up but this location is disgusting. It's like horrible city planning and tons of middle management decided this was where they chose for hopes and dreams to die. The pizza is decent though! The cafe is always quick and that is their only redeeming department or area of the store. Even here, the cafe area is always trashed and the drinks are half out and no ice. Really one must ask if Costco is a better option. If you live in Nashville, Costco is a much better cleaner safer option.

Absolute dump of a store. This place needs a relocation ASAP! Living in my Juliet it is not worth driving to this location and it's the only one within 25 minutes. Time to cancel my membership

My cake person cancelled on me and it was the day before my sons bday party. Stopped by Sam's and asked if they can do a tiered cake for us and they were able to make this happen on such short notice. They offer either a 2 tier or a 3. We went with the 3 and it turned out really good. The cake was delicious and a hit. Due to copyright they were not able to decorate the cake how we wanted so after picking it up we did the decorating ourselves. Cake looked great!! Pricing was fair also. About $75.

Came for gas... but all the gas stations were closed. There were no signs at the front of the store which caused more than a dozen cars pulling in and out causing some traffic and confusion. The store itself is very disorganized and not clean: Half the bathroom stalls were dirty and not the shelves in the store were not stocked.

Often feels very crowded and somewhat scattered. Employees typically don't greet you upon entering, which is totally fine, just different than all other locations I've been to. I still come to this Sam's as it's the only one in my area and I appreciate it being where it is, location wise. However, I would probably try a different one if there were one close to me.

My wife and I recently began coming to this Sam's Club and we wouldn't say it necessarily stands out from the others. Unlike the other locations we have been to, this one doesn't seem quite as welcoming to us. We appreciate the good deals you can get by being a Sam's Club member! We'll definitely be back to this store as it's closest to us. However, besides the good deals, this location doesn't appear to give off the spectacular customer service/shopping experience other Sam's Clubs do.

This is our "home" Sam's Club. Gas prices are usually better than any gas station in the area. I love the app, so many features but my favorites are: - order for pick up, delivery or shipping - Fueling up by scanning the QR code which lets you pay with cards attached - Scan to pay in the storeOrdering for pick up is so quick and easy This place does get pretty busy and the roads are very crowded so make sure you go during peak hours.

I had a pleasant experience from the parking lot (located a handicapped space near the entrance), to finding a still fully charged motorized chair that had been left in the parking lot. These are big parts of my shopping experience. Once inside, I quickly found the itèms t needed and got in the Checkout line with a short wait! This is often an exasperating delay! Everyone does not want to use self-checkout!! The second checkout is another bottleneck to get out of the store. Customers from both self-checkout and regular Checkout converge on one or two persons who Check your purchases again -- why?--to make sure you didn't steal something? Unsure but another bottleneck to further delay your exit!?

I love Sam's Club, but there is ZERO EXCUSE for your deli to be closed during business hours, and ESPECIALLY on Saturday during lunch hour...and it's not the first time this week I've come in to this nonsense and foolishness. Not when members are paying $50 a year for membership. It is disgraceful. It is inexcusable. DO BETTER. PERIOD.

Still don't have the TV I ordered on August 7th with my Sam's Club Plus membership. They sent me an email and said it would be here on August 11th so I took off to be there for it so it didn't get stolen. It didn't arrive. I took off on the 12th and the 13th when they said it was coming each of THOSE days, too. THEN they said if it didn't come by the 14th to make sure to contact them, which I have- repeatedly. Their only response is that they are working on it. Their store is 10 miles from my house. They have already charged me for it. The store could have Just loaded the TV in one of their cars and drove it to my house. I hope everyone reads what horrible service I have gotten from Sam's Club! The store has done NOTHING to fix this! I should have just ordered it from Amazon Prime and it would have been here in TWO DAYS! I don't know what I was thinking ordering it from Them! They offered me a two month free membership extension for the wait but didn't offer me an explanation of where the TV is or when I would get it. Why would I need or want an extension for that crap?!?!

Efficient, clean and smooth the QR code is great to pay either in the store or the gas station but what is best is pick up specially for individuals with pre-existing conditions and don't want to expose them self but need food to continue living. Thank you Sams for this awesome operation and every single employee.
