Rented a storage unit in May of 2023. Sometime around August 24, 2023, the facility was broken into and some units in the back of the facility had the roll up doors and locks pried away from the lockers. My unit had items stolen. As a renter I have insurance to cover the loss of possessions, but still have to pay a $500 deductible and face increased monthly premiums because of the claim I filed. If not for the high dollar amount stolen, I probably wouldn’t have filed.SecureLock isn’t very secure. They have no video of the break in, so the have no idea of who, when, or where the crooks entered the facility. Obviously the roll up doors are flimsy enough to be peeled away from the door tracks.I couldn’t recommend renting from here based on this experience.

This is the best experience I have ever had with storage management. They know all of their tenants and take good care of them. The prices are the best in the area. If a unit is available and it's the size you need, BOOK IT before it's gone. You won't regret it.

The price is higher then what we have paid in the past but the management/ Staff makes it well worth it. Everytime I call they are all super friendly. Especially the lady in the front office. Her energy is the best. The location is very clean and quiet.

You certainly earned every last star that I threw your way! However I feel obligated to let you know why I gave you 3 out of 5 stars in the first place... Honestly we needed some assistance when we arrived as the gate wasn't opening up when we entered the code and we had no luck finding someone to assist us! We ended up waiting about 20 minutes for another person entering the facility to open the gate and we followed them in... Second there was trash littered all over the property as well as cigarette butts and empty packs right at the entrance which was a bit of a disappointment! Over all though you have a safe wanna customer friendly staff and facility and I'd recommend you to friends and family any day!

Securlock Storage of Antioch ROCKS. I shopped around. I compared at least six places. They were all overpriced and the customer service was lackluster to say the least. Then a friend told me about Securlock Antioch. BEST PRICE. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The nicest, most accommodating staff during my stressful move. I simply cannot say enough good things about this place. I would use them again in a second.

Carol was so nice to me when I came in to rent my storage. She keeps a happy face all time. She always acknowledged all the customers, even when she's in the middle of helping someone else. She offered me a cold drink while I was waiting.

Just closed out our last storage unit with Securlock. Had a total of 2 at one point due to listing/selling a home. They had the best pricing on units as well as box supplies. We compared their supply prices with other places and they came out on top. We would highly recommend them and their great customer service ladies on site who were a great help along the way. One of the best things available was the use of a moving van upon move in to the unit and if you need it to move out, they again have the best rates compared to other suppliers.

Carol is the very best! We have been with this company for 18 years and would not move from here unless we didn't need storage solutions anymore. Carol is always great to see and I appreciate how nice and accommodating she has always been!!!
