“My daughter rented a unit at US storage on Nolensville rd. and recommended them to me. So, I rented a unit for myself. My unit had outside access but with a nice gate and a security control panel. Eventually my daughter and I decided to merge our belongings into one big unit, in a climate controlled building. The whole process from doing paperwork to moving in was once again, incredibly smooth and easy. After our introductory offer expired on our unit, Janessa went above and beyond to help us negotiate our new price. Her colleague, Erin in the Clarksville location, is available to work with Janessa when needed and they make a great team. Janessa is always around and runs the place like a top, she does an amazing job. I’ve had no issues there. I go to my unit weekly and I feel safe when I do. I highly recommend US Storage!”

“I’ve had a unit at extra space for over a year now, but my company has been using them for years now because they’re the best. The locations great and fair pricing. I’ve had other units in the past and I really like how they have options for indoor units which is great if you are storing anything that can’t get too hot! Overall what makes my experience here better than the rest is the store manager Carol. She is so helpful and great to work with. We get a ton of packages delivered that I can’t always meet the drivers for and Carol always lets me know and makes sure everything gets put safely in my unit.”

“We utilized Gouffon for a move out, storage for 5 months, and move in. The crews on both ends of the move were totally awesome. They were very professional, courteous, friendly, and STRONG! They worked hard and quickly - the team work was a joy to watch. The Gouffon office personnel were super wonderful to deal with - they called/emailed/texted with updates I needed and were always available to answer questions. Pricing was reasonable. You get what you pay for - peace of mind that your household goods will be taken care of. I found nothing broken during this move/storage, and no walls or floors were scratched. 100% recommended!”
