I had recently scheduled a make-up appointment here on Feb 14th. I’ve had my makeup done here before and was extremely excited to go again. When I arrived, I was met with an employee and told her I had an appointment. She smiled and told me to hold for a second. After about 10min, I found another employee and asked if she could help me. She called on the radio and my makeup artist came out. Her name was Alexandria, I believe. She informed me immediately that she wasn’t sure how I was able to book at 90min appointment and told me she only had time for a 60min appointment. I was sad, but I accepted it and she began my makeup. We were sitting a skin care booth so my chair was not in front of the mirror to check my makeup. However, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and put my complete trust in her. I could tell that everything just seemed completely rushed. The foundation felt heavy as she kept caking it on my face. I’m not well with conflict, so I just continued to trust the process since I’ve never had a bad experience (I’m totally aware I should’ve checked, but fear of conflict stopped me). When she was done, I looked in the mirror and was so embarrassed about how I looked for a gala I needed to attend. I regret not having a photo! I looked awful! I couldn’t say anything because I knew I would just cry and it was too crowded to make a scene. As soon as I get to my car, under my eye, the makeup was coming OFF! It was insane! On top of her charging me $90 for the 90min after she told me she didn’t have time to do that! I was so angry that she thought her work was good. She should not do make up at all. It was so disappointing and she was very careless with her work because she “didn’t have the time”. When I called to speak to a manager, I explained what happened and was told someone would reach out to me and to this day, no one has reached out. It’s awful that there has been no follow up. I took all of my makeup off and redid it myself! It was the WORST experience and I do not trust to ever return after a careless and blown off appointment and no follow up from management.

This is by far the best Sephora I’ve ever visited. They always have the best fragrance and hair care selection, but the thing that sets this store apart is the great customer service from every employee! We were helped in the hair section by a girl with really cute bangs (unfortunately I can’t remember her name but she was so knowledgeable and helpful I loved her!!). Then, when we checked out we were helped by Tori who was such a ray of light! She was so incredibly kind and personable I can see why they have her at the counter! She even made personal connections with us, if management doesn’t already know; Tori is a star and deserves a raise!!! Thank you to the Green Hills Sephora team we had an amazing time in your store!

As a Rouge member, I’ve spent years being a loyal customer, but I recently had a disappointing experience that’s left me questioning my loyalty. I returned a product and was issued a gift card instead of my money back—without any explanation. I understand policies may vary, but this was not communicated to me at all during the return process.
For a company that prides itself on customer service, this lack of transparency is unacceptable. As a top-tier member, I expect better communication and flexibility. This experience has seriously soured my view of Sephora, and I’ll think twice before shopping here.

Had the most terrible experience in this Sephora today. One of the employees, Kristen I believe was her name was so rude and told me my giftcard was declined and refused to help figure out the issue, mind you I just got it two days ago and it was unused. I go on my Sephora app to confirm that it had a $25 balance on it & sure enough it did. I don’t know what her problem was and why some of the employees at this location refuse to help their customers. Extremely dissatisfied with this location. Avoid if you can!

I cannot thank sales clerk/cashier, Sydney enough for her excellent customer service. My 13 year old daughter is learning how to make purchases, calculations, ect. Sydney was extremely patient, supportive and polite during our transaction (Which was within the last 30 minutes of me typing this review). Sydney deserves a raise for her awesome customer service and friendly personality.
I also need to thank the Green haired woman (Didn’t get her name) working the Charlotte Tilbury area. She was extremely helpful and professional to my daughter. She helped her find the items she needed.

There was a really nice staff who helped me find the right NARS tinted moisturizer for my mom. I was actually in a rush but she found the right one in a few seconds and saved me a lot of time. too bad I forgot to ask her name

I rarely go to shop at Sephora, but this location made me want to come more often. The staff were super friendly. One blonde, male associate was so kind and super knowledgeable about a ton of products. He gave me what felt like a personalized 1:1 experience. He could’ve recommended one product and walked away, but didn’t do that. A girl was able to successfully color match me for foundation and didn’t hesitate to ask for a second opinion to make sure it was a good choice. I plan to return to this location soon because I had such a lovely time.

Went in on 10/16 for a foundation shade match. I have only ever bought drug store cosmetics before. Candice helped me out. She was so kind and knowledgeable and found my perfect foundation in under 15 minutes. I really appreciate the kind customer service that I received in this store.

I love the endless options of brands at this store so it was awesome! Only problem is the customer service, I did not mind not needing help. But checking out was the problem. there’s already a lot of people in the store so it’s quite noisy. So I asked if the younger cashier can she repeat something again (as it was noisy) but she rolled her eyes at me, sighed at me, and gave me an attitude before repeating. I get we all have bad days, but I’m hoping she doesn’t do this to someone that isn’t so lenient as it may lead to something horrible
