0/10!! I had a Monday appointment to have my Chevy Traverse diagnosed. My service advisor, Dana Spears, told me the diagnosis would be completed by Tuesday and they did not have any loaner vehicles.11 AM Wednesday and I hadn’t heard anything. It took me over a day and a half to get Dana on the phone. When I finally spoke to her, she said my car was still in line and there were a few people still ahead of me. My car sat on their lot for 4 days, UNTOUCHED, and still had people in front of me… just to be diagnosed, no repairs and it was scheduled.*** I HIGHLY recommend Freeland Chevrolet!! 10/10! The dealership is an hour from my house and I will make the drive every time. My service advisor called the next morning with the diagnostic report. He was able to verify the parts and service would be covered under warranty. The complete turnaround time for all of it, diagnosis and repairs (which the entire engine had to be removed to repair) was 3 days!

Stopped into the collision center about a scratch on my hood and the woman at the front desk was so nice! They helped me out right on the spot and got me on my way. Can’t thank them enough for their help, five stars for being so helpful and friendly!!

Long story short—paid for brakes, rotors. The rotors has bad ‘grooves’ after a few weeks, brakes squeaking, and the rotors don’t match. One is coated black but they wanted me to believe that, that is brake dust. More stuff but I ended up just getting two rotors to carry home and I guess to use as dinner plates. I paid to have rotors installed but they would not replace them. I don’t think I would take my dog over there to pee on their lot!

the worst chevrolet dealership in town. the service guys are so bad they shouldn't even have the service tittle. dropped my car off for a small issue. the " service" told me a couple of days on march3rd here it is march 13th. ive called and called to get an update they transfer you to "service advisor " get no answer!!! ask to transfer to " service supervisor " !!! no answer always get sents to voicemail!!! long story short if you value your time this is not the dealership you want to go. oh and btw when you give them your vehicle even if you have rental insurance or some sort of rental coverage, " they dont have any rentals available all the other customers are using them we have a waiting list for rentals.....

The horrible experience of the purchase of the 2005 Nissan Frontier, as soon the vehicle was driven of the lot. It drove good until we got halfway into Lebanon, TN the service engine light comes on, so we had to drive the truck very slow too Cookeville, Tn. I took the vehicle to the Nissan Dealership found out that the truck was no good, at all the people at the Dealership stated that it was going to cost about $12,000.00 to get it fix. That tells you when you buy a vehicle, please make sure that you that you take to a mechanic and get it check thoroughly. I will never buy another car from them. I thought when people offer you extended warranties, they give you an option to give you. but this place doesn't give you that much option for anything. This place is a rip off, I will see the same person who sold the vehicle. You buy cheap you get cheap; you ride today walk tomorrow.

Communication and Customer Service is poor at best. In Person, I scheduled a known all day appointment 2-3 weeks prior to taking my auto in. upon arrival with the auto the appointment was no longer showing in their system. Had I not had the card and papers in hand from the day I scheduled, the same person that scheduled my auto was going to turn me away. I was also told they would return me to my residence with a courtesy ride if needed and when asked about the 10 mile ride home was told to call an Uber or Lyft. This turned into an Unplanned walk home because of miscommunication from their staff, when I caught a ride to pick up the auto before closing it wasn't finished and had to remain over the weekend. Bottom Line customer service is poor and service prices are high. In the future I will be taking my business and recommending friends their business elsewhere!

Over a month later and nothing. I guess their true colors come out when you're a little different than normal and see the world from a different perspective than they do. I guess it's on me for going to Chevrolet and paying for help on a problem with my truck. I'm sure they are all laughing behind the scenes at how they humiliated and literally threw away parts off of a customer's truck during a diagnostic. zero response from service manager or anyone from the dealership. Way to go Chevrolet!

Took my car in to get a minor issue fixed and left with it more broken than when I gave it to them. When I mentioned the issue they ignored me and told me to call back for a different person every time they did pick up. Horrible customer service and my vehicle is still not fixed.

Serra Chevrolet Buick GMC of Nashville Jul 26, 2022 popub I have been going to Serra for over 12 years and I have been overcharged for years. Dont use this dealership. I will not be coming back. I was charged 249 dollars because Technician did not want to work on my car until it was detailed. I have spent over 8 000 dollars this year alone at this service department. I am paying good money for a service it isn't there business what I have in my car. Just getting over on women!
