My car was T Boned with over $10,000 of damage. Service King did an outstanding job with my car I was highly impressed and would recommend them if your unfortunate enough to be in an accident.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I was forced by GEICO to take my car for minor exterior damage repairs after someone hit my car. They unfortunately stained the interior of my car so badly I am left with worse visual damage then when I dropped my car off. They claimed to have cleaned it before I left it but it has clearly dried leaving me with permanent gross damage to the seating. Please, even if your hand is forced by someone else’s bad insurance policy, I would recommend getting your car fixed by anyone else so you don’t end up further out of pocket having to fix the problems created by the folk here.

Car fixed there because my insurance use this shop. They kept my car a month. Work is not great, but car better. Customer service started to get irritated because I called multiple times. I needed my car for work. I was involved in a hit and run. After keeping it that long, a panel on the side isn't pushed in all the way.

This may be premature since I'm just dropping off my car for service today, but the staff at Service King (AKA Crash Champion) is stellar. At the reception desk, Jo is a star--she kindly and deftly dealt with at least seven of us coming in for different reasons without blinking an eye. When I realized I hadn't reserved my rental car before arriving, she patiently waited for me to get the information and then contacted Enterprise herself to confirm that my reservation went through as expected. The estimator, Jeff, was kind and seemed knowledgeable. As I walked through the enormous space, I saw a lot of cars of all types (luxury as well as regular cars like mine) looking great, so I'm optimistic for what my car will look like after this repair. Will update this review with more information then.

Horrible Experience!My experience with service King which is now called crash champions is one of the worst experiences I've had dealing with a company. Their communication was horrible. I was even hung up on by one of the service specialists at their company. I reached out to the corporate offices and I was told I would have a returned call but I never received one. I was also told, by the region manager that I would receive some kind of compensation to make up for the bad experience which I never received. Overall this company gets one star because it's just horrible. When it comes to customer service I will never use them again. They had my truck for 2 months and I was repeatedly told that it would be done on a particular date only to call down there on that date and be told that it would be a whole another week and a half. It was just horrible communication through the whole process. When I picked my vehicle up I asked to speak to the shop manager and I was told that they do not have a shop manager. I would highly recommend that you do not use this company!

Would never go back. Inconsiderate of my time and expense. I would rather support small businesses because they would get my car done in a timely manner. I drove by the shop a couple of times and all those different times my car was not getting worked on. I dropped my car off on April 24th and got it back on May 19. Because of the damages I was told that my car may take anywhere from 2-3 weeks. Ugh and there's more but honestly I don't want to continue wasting my time sharing my feedback because it's not going to be going to be taken into consideration. Stop taking in more jobs if you don't have the hands to get it all done in a timely manner!!!!Service: Body & Trim

Service King your Appointment only system sucks. If you have all my info in your system with claim number, and vehicle at location just because ive missed Appointment time you should be able to take the vehicle in. Since you guys so strict about having appointments. Ill take my business elsewhere. Never to go shytlist bodyshops.

They honestly played me for my money, I asked for my dents and scratches to be repaired and if anything else needed to be fixed to let me know, they kept me updated and I was able to check what they were doing to my vehicle so I thought. When I picked up my vehicle everything looked fine she gave me a run down on what they did and handed me a physical copy of the bill after I paid. I was driving at night and noticed one of my headlights were a different color. They were originally a bright white color after picking up my vehicle one of my headlights were yellow and the other was white. I looked at the bill again and they charged me $525 for 1 headlamp that I did not ask for and was more than the damages that I asked them to fix. I was driving my damaged vehicle for weeks and nothing was wrong with the headlights they asked me what color my headlamps were and I told them a white bright color, she told me she ordered the right part but instead she just changed my other white headlamp to a yellow and I didn’t understand the point of asking me the color if you were just going to give me what you wanted. They refused to help me after that and told me that maybe I didn’t know the original color and at least they are the same color now. Very unprofessional and I would never work with them again.Services: Painting

Have runs in paint .Have been waiting 4 months for them to replace a side view mirror that was supposed to be replaced when the vehicle was being fixed still hav not received a call I have tried calling them several times if I get someone to answer I get put on hold for I don’t know how long I usually hang up after 15 or 20 minutes very sorry I used this company. Where to even begin with this location. Let's just say, I trusted Geico on this one, since they use Service King to service most of their collision repairs. This location installed the wrong bumper on my vehicle which caused the left front wheel to rub the inside of the bumper near the wheel well, so I had to bring my truck back to have them fix the issue.Then they informed me that I had to have my tire "shaved down" or altered since they couldn't get the OEM bumper in, but to rest assured, it wouldn't impact the vehicles drivability. They also didn't install the original bull bar I had on my truck because "they couldn't find it," even though with a quick Google search I located several online that would only need a week of shipping. After frustration and being tired of dealing with them and their rude, condescending staff, I just took whatever they could find.This is where it gets more frustrating: months later, I get a bill from Enterprise saying I owe $598 for extra days on a rental vehicle, extra days I HAD to keep a vehicle due to Service King's inability to do the job correctly the first time. My insurance wouldn't cover it since they spoke with Service King and Service King assured them it was their fault, they would cover the invoice.After three months of dealing with their manager Lee, (and one other manager before him), I was promised they would pay the bill. Well, Lee leaves the company, and the new service manager states they would not pay the invoice since they were not at fault. They must have altered their notes in the system to try and avoid liability, but it won't matter since I have Lee on recording saying they would pay the bill. I am also now having to spend my free time working with Geico to remedy potential legal action against them since they won't pay the bill still, ONCE AGAIN, because they made an error and didn't perform proper quality control.I had dealt with 3 different managers and 5 different clerks since my claim began, which tells me Service King has high turnover. "They don't work here anymore" was an excuse I heard several times over my several frustrating months of dealing with them.IF you have to use this location, or Service King at all, I recommend thoroughly getting everything in contract and writing and also recording every interaction you have with them. This is unacceptable business practice, and I'm also reporting them to the BBB. Use any other body shop if possible, preferably a mom and pop shop where they actually prioritize customer service.Service: Body & Trim

I walked in, two ladies greeted me, I told them I was there for any estimate. They told me that I had to make an appointment. So I go home, make an appointment and go back one week later. I’m greeted by the same ladies, one goes out to the car with me and takes pictures. The other lady comes out later because I had a question. Well this could have been done a week ago. AND I was told someone would call me. I seen no one else. No one has ever contacted me period.

First time experiencing a auto collision place. When I walked in I was greeted very nicely right away, an got straight to my situation. I was told what would happen step by step (by texting me), an was kept caught up the whole way through. Being it was the holidays I expected a much longer delay but everything kept rolling right along right on up to completion. Big Special Thanks to mechanic Tony Weaver, young lady Lisa and manager Lee for a GREAT HAPPY first-time customer experience at Service King!!

I literally can not say enough wonderful things about this place. From the beginning of our interaction to the end. Everyone was so nice and so pleasant. Jeff was very transparent with me up front letting me know that due to Covid certain parts were taking a little longer to get. I dropped my car off on 12/29/22 and wasn’t expecting to see it again till February or March. So I was completely shocked when they called me today 1/10/23 to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up. I 100% will be recommending them to everyone I know or meet that needs to get their car fixed!!!!!
