Well it's been since mid September since my truck was fixed here and I've been waiting on one plastic piece which seems like it's never going to come in or if I will hear from anyone at this location. The piece I'm waiting on I don't even think it needs repairing it just needs the double sided tape to stay on. The communication here needs to get better because at this point I doubt I'll ever hear from anyone.

I have used several of the other locations with no problems. I was unhappy with the quality of work and the rear seat belts always making that beep sound from rear seat being removed. The manager called me a liar and kinda swole up like he was gonna fight me over this. The quality of work at this location is sh.t I WOULD NOT TAKE MY CAR HERE!

Absolutely horrible experience, I still have not received an estimate after two weeks. I went to another place and they were able to give me an estimate on the day of the appointment.

My wife was in a hot and run and Service King is highly recommended by USAA so we went there and we were not disappointed. Fast, friendly service and they exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work on your car.Services: Painting

The person that came out to look at my damage had no clue what he was talking about and refused to do the repairs because of other issues that were completely unrelated. He was also very rude and unreasonable. Don’t waste your time with these people they don’t care at all and will turn you away on a dime. I’m very upset that I wasted my time I could’ve already had my truck in the shop by now.

These people will turn you away on a dime for unrelated problems. Very disappointed in my experience. He refused to help me with a fender bender because of unrelated issues. Complete waste of my time he was also very rude and didn't care in the least. DON'T GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!!

From the very first phone call, Service King was very focused on meeting my needs as a customer. The process can be complex for getting a car repaired, renting a car, and coordinating an insurance claim. I had all the support that I needed. Everything was smooth. The insurance repair was perfect. I liked Service King so much that I had another repair done too, which was at my expense. That one was perfect as well. I was involved in an auto accident and from the first call to service King to the time picking up my car I was well-informed throughout the process and met with kindness and understanding during this obviously stressful time. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! From my 1st time calling to me picking up my car upon completion they made me feel comfortable and kept me informed throughout the repair process. No surprises and completed when they promised. Having to have body or repair work is never fun but to have a service provider with integrity and quality work is key! HUGE shoutout to KIM who is the happy face, voice and seemingly the heart of the shop AND ANDY who went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the final results of my beloved Soul Red Mazda 6! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. Worst customer service I've ever received, not just in auto shops, but in anything. I took my car in after getting in an accident and was told they would have an estimated completion date within 72 hours. Those 72 hours came and passed and I gave them an extra two days before I called in and checked on it. It still had not been started and my car had just been sitting there for 5 business days, all while it was still drivable after the accident. It took three more days of consistently calling for it to finally get it taken apart (8 business days in total). Their estimate was much higher than my initial one from Service King and when I called and voiced my concerns they assured me that they felt confident my insurance would still cover it and this is the work that needs to be done. Several days later, it was deemed a total loss. I was able to work something out with insurance to have it repaired at a different shop and I was thankful to be able to take it elsewhere after the several poor interactions I have had at Service King. I finally (we're talking 5 weeks later) am trying to pick my car up from Service King and was told by my insurance that Service King determined it was not drivable and when I spoke to Service King they explained it was drivable. They told me they would help recommend other local shops that could do the work which they later refused to follow through on. When I finally determined it was drivable and found another suitable shop, I went to get my car (6 weeks after initial appointment and still at square 1). I walked up to the vehicle and saw it was missing a hubcap and when I asked, she said she would go look for it but she's not sure I came in with one (?!?). I explained it did have one when I dropped it off and that I had pictures I could show her. Turns out they had put my spare on my car and she *assumed* it was for my safety - even though I drove for two weeks after the accident and had no problems with the tire. I didn't want to have to change the tire myself or pay the next shop to do it, so I asked them to put it back on (it then drove to the next shop perfectly fine). As I was waiting for my tire to be placed on my car, she asked me to sign a waiver that Service King would not be held liable for any broken, damaged, or missing parts. I explained that I would have to wait until I saw my vehicle before I signed that. They brought my car out with my tire on and I immediately noticed that the chrome window belt molding under the driver's window was missing? The mechanic said he isn't even sure why they had taken that piece off to begin with and then went back to look for it and said he couldn't find it. I told them I had an expectation that my car would, in the very least, be in the same state as when I dropped it off. I refused to sign the waiver and left. When I called the following day to check in on the part, I was finally transferred to Adam, the manager. I had asked to be forwarded to him multiple times throughout this 6 WEEKS of horror and he was somehow always on lunch. Finally, we spoke and he was immediately defensive, rude, and unhelpful. He finally admitted that they would look for the missing piece "at their convenience" and that he would not be replacing the part if he did not find it. I learned after this call that the part they lost costs $250. So, here I am, 6 weeks after I dropped my car off to them - still with a car that needs repair and nothing but lost money, time, and energy trying to work with this horrible company. Other tidbits from my weeks of interaction included a friendly front desk person (I will give her that), but she was unable to follow through on anything she ever told me. I had been told time and time again from her that I'd receive a call back from her or the manager when I would call in and ask a question or for an update. Did a nice job on the repair. There was a few issues but the corrected it asap. That’s all you can ask.
