One of the greatest places I have worked. Very friendly co-workers. People are always there to answer any questions you may have. And working from home is the biggest part of why I love this job.

This company doesn’t even deserve a one star rating. This company has been servicing my love one since March 2023, none of the caregivers that they have sent have all been adequate. I have not had help for my love one since July 5th. The company does not have an office in Memphis, their communication skills are extremely poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of home healthcare. They are completely unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!Your response is a”cya” response. I got very few communication from the manager and they were all via text. Which means I have receipts.

Well, let me start by saying I appreciate them giving me the opportunity but they have ruined me from ever wanting a scheduling Coordinator positions again. And I was a scheduler before this, granted it was a different work load. But they are all over the place here with everything. The first day they were showing me things and just expected it to be picked up quickly. Their training, if I can call it that was horrible. I was actually working with clients and caregivers while training the first couple of days. That was not fair to anyone because I was not trained and could not help really. I would spend 20 mins on something new and 10 mins later they are throwing more stuff at me. Felt like they showed me the easy stuff then when I go to do something, something came up that I was not shown. Bad enough I was given the wrong job description, told to me by a supervisor there. So I really didn't know what to expect from the jump. I kept asking for a job description, after asking several times I just said forget it.They kept telling me I was doing a good job and that I was right on schedule with what needs to be done, but apparently 2 weeks in I was not a good fit. That hurt me more than anything. I would have rather them tell me I was doing a bad job than to lead me on. I felt like I was set up for failure from the jump. At $16 an hour I was supposed to be a Scheduling Coordinator but also doing payroll, recruiting, and a lot of other things. I felt like that was at least worth more pay for the next person coming in. I want to say this has been the worst job experience of my 25+ years of working. But they let me go right on time for something better.

This review was requested by the marketing director about two weeks ago. I requested time to provide this because at the time I hadn't been employed here long. She agreed that I should delay my opinion for a later time to provide honest feedback. There are some wonderful staff members within the company, unfortunately, there are also some that aren't fit for leadership. The company culture promotes a "do as I say but think for yourself" concept. A "learn through the struggle but don't mess up" idea. "Ask questions but not too many because you might realize we don't know the answer and we don't want to admit that" attitude. I can't say this applies to everyone because I was only there for 37 days. (First as an independent contractor, then as a full-time employee) Based on a standard communicated during my training, I was preforming within the expectation. That expectation was changed during my probationary period and between 5/10-5/17 (while still training) I was still within the original standard. The interim supervisor issued a disciplinary warning, and I expressed my disagreement. I communicated that the training details should be updated to reflect this change and the next morning I was terminated. I was told that I wasn't a good fit for the company but denied explanation as to how I no longer fit. During the 37 days, I was complimented on my intelligence, my written and verbal communication, my ability to comprehend and execute skills and was even told that at some point I would be training someone else. (The department is short staffed, even more so now). The suggestion of me training someone else came after a moment in the office were there was an obvious disagreement. He recognized I was troubled and then took the time to explain his perspective and we moved on with an understanding. Yes, I made mistakes. There were systems, programs and processes that I had never seen before. The same supervisor that said "once you get use to this information, I have no doubt that you will be amazing at it. You will fly right through this, know what I mean" then believes that I am not a good fit for the company. Could this be because my presence highlights the areas of her weakness, or maybe holding her accountable to the errors made prior to my arrival, that were now coming to surface, became too much for her. I don't know because when I asked, I was denied any real reason for being let go. When I mentioned that I was going to stop asking questions because I thought maybe I need to just see how things go, I was told that was the wrong approach. When I did ask questions, I was referred to processes that contained incorrect information, outdated details or were not pertaining to the assigned task. When I made suggestions on what could be corrected, I was told that doesn't make sense and doesn't need to be updated.I could go on and on, but I will finish this review by saying if the company truly values the opinions of employees, then be more open to change and truly hold yourself accountable. Your way might have been the right way to get where you are but not to where you are trying to go. Put people in place that are truly concerned about the details and not just to get the task completed. (This could be why there are missing and incomplete documents) Best wishes to the entire staff. ~ The new girl

Definitely a questionable company very suspect also unprofessional. Michele Root also continues to harrass you with emails after you have declined to work with them. Would not recommend this company at all. There are plenty of agencies definitely ask around and look into them before you settle.

I have 2 bachelor's degrees from a well respected, major university and prior experience in the field & they paid me $13/hr with no benefits. Beyond the extremely low pay, they also expect you to work overtime if you are on call that week but they do not allow you to be paid over 40 hours per week. The management is terribly unorganized & toxic. I've never seen such a high rate of turnover. There are just so many legal and ethical issues with this company I could go on & on. but long story short.....do not work here if you want to be paid fairly & treated well.

Christina Stevenson and Mark Mullins are legit evil. Their employees are absolutely disposable to them. They harrass thier caregivers for documents that they already have and they provide no real training. HR for this company is a complete joke and the president Marcus Foster lacks accountability for his subordinates and the bazaar practices.
