Shelby Dog Park is a spacious and beautiful location that offers a great experience for both dogs and their owners. With many benches and picnic tables available, visitors can relax while their pets enjoy the dog park area. The park features a small pond, a train crossing over a bridge, and a unique piano under a gazebo, adding charm to the environment. The park is well-maintained, with responsible dog owners ensuring all dogs are spayed or neutered. Although there is water available, bringing extra water is recommended during hot summer days. The area is also suitable for fishing, making it a lovely spot for everyone to enjoy nature.
We didn't have a dog with us, but we enjoyed looking at all the dragonflies at the edge of the lake, talking to a fisherman we saw there, and the dripping bird statue/art piece was amazing.

Loved this dog park! It is so big and there are so many benches. My dog absolutely had blast. By far one of my favorite dog parks!!
