Says they are open 24 hours. I stopped on my way to work at 3 AM; the doors were locked, and two people were just standing around. Not well managed.

Guy with a stocking cap couldn't ring me up for 5 minutes. His co worker came over and rang me up immediately...This guy has been here months. How is the new girl better at the job than him already. This guy needs retrained or moved to a smaller store...he's bad at this.

Please, if you have any common courtesy in your soulless, fossil fuel driven profit corporate bones, STOP ADVERTISING YOUR HOURS AS BEING 24/7 IF YOU'RE GOING TO LOCK UP SHOP EVERY NIGHT. Why waste the time of potential customers by making a claim you can't commit to. Either staff the place with employees that will keep the ship afloat or fix the hours. Stop falsely advertising yourselves as a 24/7 shop if it is not true. Whoever owns this location sucks. Manage it better. Don't come here late at night expecting service. Pumps regularly ask me to see cashiers inside too despite my inability to do so at these hours.

Quick stop. Best prices for regular fuel at this time by $.10 or more. Not crowded but not all the pumps are working either. Congenial staff.

I am not someone who will not shop somewhere because they have different beliefs than me. If a business has courteous, helpful employees, I will shop there. But, this is the 2nd time this month that I have gone to this place and it has been "Closed for staffing reasons." Maybe it is time to start asking your employees to wear masks? Their health should take precedence over your political views.

Always professional and courteous. Clean.The manager Donna has been an incredible asset to this location.As a regular customer i am amazed by this ladies drive to keep this store consistent. I have noticed she has been working incredible hours to keep her store as the best one in Nashville.She has an all star. Group of employees whom are consistent with her work ethic.My favorite employee is Adam he is extremely courteous and efficient.Truly. This is the best Twice Daly's I've been to.

Pulled up to this location only to walk in the building and it be completely lit up and empty with no one that had any sort of shell idea identification on in the building at all. The guy working was outback changing a tire with a door unlocked to the register. Not in view of the door or what was going on inside
