I went to buy an Icee and they had Frazil cups in icee cup spot for Large. Went to pay for it, an employee tells me I have to pay more because I got the wrong cup. I’m sorry someone put these cups in the wrong place. I paid the cost but this is foul. I believe it’s intentional for the purpose of more sells. People do better. Also there were no lids to this size… smh. $3.59 for icee in Frazil cup. Ridiculous.

The store is the same as all the others, it is equipped to find what you need but the treatment of those who serve is very horrible, they behave as if they were the owners and even the owners I don't think they behave like that😡

This Shell station has always been my favorite. As an Uber driver, I often bring my customers here because of the great workers and excellent service. However, lately, the night shift staff has been disappointing. They are lazy, close the restroom before midnight, and fail to clean or make the coffee machines available. I hope the manager addresses these issues soon to ensure the restroom stays open and the station maintains its high standards. I would love to see this thing is been taken care of to edit my review.

do not come to this shell, there is always people begging you to fill thier car with gas. I had two people demand me to put gas in thier car, both of them look well dressed. I knew it was a scam and i tried leaving but this guy who onky knew spanish and not English kept blocking my car so i was forced to do so. He said in his translator app that he spent all his money on food and didn’t bring enough for gas. Okay so why didn’t you budget buddy? After the gas was pumped he kept tryingto fill his tank with more gas even after the cut off and i kept saying dont do that. I went home and blocked my card. Thankfully it was $20 of gas but im never coming to the shell again. Just looks like a scam to get people pay for thier gas.

The store was clean, efficient and had a good selection of products and sale items. Tay was our cashier and deserves 10 stars!!!! She was an absolutely lovely person. She went out of her way to be kind, helpful and truly wonderful!!! We appreciate her outstanding customer service and kindness so much!!! The world seems to get more challenging everyday and it's very refreshing to meet someone like Tay who just smiles and brings joy into the world!!!!

This is my 2nd time coming here, I didn't care the first time but the same disrespectful cashier. Her actions are strange, she talks all the time... What soft-hearted managers and bosses there are.

I would give it a one, but in order to review , congrats on achieving that. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Christmas afternoon I went and after arriving hot dogs had been placed , while waiting for them to cook an African woman started pacing around me, after a while I was told I had to leave even though I was waiting to make a purchase. Her well "they ain't ready yet attitude" I am sure is what keeps you in business

I drove here to get gas while working, and the machine refused to release my card after paying. The store manager refused to come help even though he is the only one who can operate the machine. Even after I expressed they were making me very late at work - they showed no concern! Terrible customer service! Still stuck here 20 minutes later.

Your employee CED needs a major attitude adjustment. I went in to get a drink to help me stay awake and drive home to Clarksville after a long 12 hour shift and he had the absolute worst attitude possible!!! I asked if he had any iPhone cords and he talked to me as if I was stupid saying “I don’t know do I?” Prices are ridiculous high.. $65 for a small drink and a iPhone cord (probably only lasts a week or two) is ridiculous… You need to hire people that actually care and have common courtesy, not some rude trash talking imbeciles.

This is worst shell I have ever been to. I came here because I'm rideshare driver. My phone cord stop working. First cashier was okay no problem. She was really helpful. Second time I went in to get something to eat because I did eat at all today. Second lady was cold towards me. I felt like race played a part on it. Only people she was talking to black people. It felt racist. I'm nice and polite. No matter was skin color someone is. I also noticed they are really overpriced. 20.00 for a phone charger. I even noticed the food is higher too. I noticed the stares I got from her sitting in my car. I do it all the time in Sumner county and they don't care. Just creepy.
