Men’s restroom out of order tonight. God Forbid I can use the completely empty women’s bathroom for Less than 4 minutes because I couldn’t hold it and get completely chewed out by lady cashier and friend/coworker for it Well way to go idiots you just lost my business which amounts to $150-200 a week in gas purchases and store purchases.

I just had the most incredible experience with the ladies behind the counter here. So very helpful and genuinely good people. Many thanks and I will pay it forward indeed. Great staff, do not take them for granted if the management or corporate sees this. It’s 10:30 on the fourth if that helps distinguish which staff is working. Great group of women. Thank you so much!!!

I word this as nice and Google friendly as possible. This place used to be ok until my Girlfriend forgot to grab a box a donuts. We had $40+ in stuff so had multiple bags, one of the workers was smart with my girlfriend and I apologized for her and she told me not to cause they deserved the raking. That situation caused us to forget the donuts. We went back the same day and asked to get them back, everyone acted like they haven't seen us or the box of donuts period. We asked for a manager to run camera back and they said no, next day said same thing. Except this time they had a MAJOR attitude problem. Using fowl language in front of customers and everything. I asked why are you acting like you couldn't see a box of donuts that's fairly big and hard to miss. We were told oh well it must have been a homeless person grabbed them... Really??? We are blown away how we are being treated over something that's ours and they act like we're asking for their atm machine. I hope the GM reads this message and reviews the cameras on the days we were there. Cause we ARE coming back and if it's not resolved then a police call will me utilized. It's 2024, acting like you don't know how to operate a camera is just hard to believe. God bless and love thy neighbors.

They should be open 24 hours i went there 3 am the employee was on the phone and she closed the door and told me they are closed so how come they are open 24 hours and they were closed

Literally 3 employees working at 3 in the morning but saw us outside the doors and wouldn’t unlock them, for being open “24 hours” and literally not being let in the store this is somewhere I’ll never be again

Nice store. Not so nice employees. My 6 year old son can't read the long signs on the donut case. If it breaks it's not my responsibility. It's the stores responsibility to maintain their property. The employee kept insisting with her attitude and loud voice that if the donut case breaks I have to pay for it. Apparently the door is broken already. Nothing to do with us. Yet she kept on and on with no mute button.

They where respectful and nice and where and pretty clean but they didn't really have to much of a selection on drink and did not have any hot food in the store at night at all.

I went there the other day and got a lighter that costs 1.53 and gave her 2 dollars and said she no change and can not do anything for me. This time a went there for 2 candy bars for a deal for 2 for 4 dollars and she charged me 5.46 and I know she pocketed my money and so did the other women. DO NOT COME TO THE SHELL GAS STATION THE EMPLOYEES WILL ROB YOU!! THIEFS and I'm sure the management is in on it to.
