Store employee has a hand note on door saying closed. Just watched her talk on her phone and go hang out with McDonald's employees. Spends another 5 mins moving Gatorade cases. Literally turning away customers so she can lolly around. I've worked at a gas station. I'd have been fired what what she did. Refilling cups while customers wait at the door at 1am.

I would give zero stars if applicable. We get 3 fountain drinks size larges (was going to choose med but there were no lids) and she chose to ring one up as 3 large slushes. When we said something about it, she had to belittle and make us look stupid. We walked out without arguing with her after we paid for these items.
We had to put back items since we didn't have enough since she rang up 3 large slushes. She decided to try to belittle us and tell us, "Are you sure this is what you want? I can't keep voiding items and ringing items back up" when we told her how much we had to spend.
If you don't want to work customer service then don't work customer service. Be nice to your customers. Management, choose better workers.
As someone who's worked retail, gas stations included, she was in the wrong. I'll be looking for a corporate number to call later on today.

It's usually a nice place but the management needs to make better hiring decisions. My perfectly valid license that even has the Tennessee Star was not accepted as proof of age because the machine scanned it and declared I was "underage". My D.O.B shows clearly that I was way over 21. I live close by but I will never visit this gas station ever again. I will still go to McDonals behind it but will not even look this way.

Yesterday I walked inside the store to use the bathroom and the lady running it was standing at the door and she said that I had to put my purse on the counter. I was confused about why but I said ok BUT my husband said NO which made me realize HOW STUPID that would be! WHY did SHE need MY purse? I was walking inside! The McDonald's is connected on the other side of the bathroom. My husband took my purse back to the car and I continued to use the restroom and then he went inside because we felt like she was going to try to rob me. The lady without teeth and the short man with dreads were the ONLY people inside the store. NOBODY has a right to TELL you to give them YOUR personal belongings! The manager NEEDS to pull the tape out and check out what their employees are doing to customers. I only wonder how many times they have done that ???

If I’m wrong I am wrong. But when a person is being corrected, you don’t have to treat them like they purposely came to cause problems. I ordered a drink from McDonald’s, and when I finished my drink, I went to a refill station and it turns out, I was wrong. The gas station has its own drink station and that’s what I used for my McDonald’s refill. Shame on me. But this guy popped out of nowhere as soon as I was halfway filling the drink and he was like “you gotta pay for that” so I said “oh okay, sorry” then I went to the cashier and made my purchase for a $2 large drink. Like that’s not cool. Like the last time i felt that energy a drunk guy at a bar came up to fight me. If you already have your mind made up about someone without getting to know them, that’s your decision. But don’t have hate in your heart for people who look different from whatever you want. 99 more reviews to go.

Don't trust them claiming to be open 24hr because they aren't. They are only open 24hr to their "friends". Not a good place to stop at night if you need a drink or to use the bathroom. Best just keep on rolling.
