Since Brian has been gone the store was over an hour late opening on more than 1 occasion. The new manager is rude but always is always able to tell everyone how she used to manage over 100 employees. Then why cant she get to work on time? Not going back. Too many other stores around.

The staff present did a good job. You know how sometimes when you walk into a gas station and the cashier is talking to another employee or cashier and they look at you like, what do you want, your interrupting me. These two were very attractive and didn't seem hassled.

Xavier is a very rude & disrespectful individual who has a big mouth when asked with a simple question he scuffed and rolled his eyes lol funny how its always the minimum waged workers.

During my visits to Nashville, I always make sure to make a stop at Shell. From their convenient location to their knowledgeable and helpful staff, it always makes for an enjoyable experience. I've always found that their fuel prices are competitive and their stations carry a great selection of food and retail items. That combined with their consistently clean facilities and convenience store make for an all around enjoyable visit. For me, Shell make for the perfect place to fuel up and grab snacks for the road whenever I'm in the Nashville area.

Guy with frizzy long hair on afternoon shift has a horrible customer service attitude. Tried to jus be friendly and joke with him and completely insulted me on a ignorant level of professionalism . Not professional at all. Teach your employees to be adults and how to be professional as customer service employees.

Delane is a angel sent from above I was short on gas and Jesus and his heart gave me enough to get home I hope God blesses this man and store for helping the broken hearted back home this shell is wonderful and need more recognition than deserved 10 stars

Clerk "Had" to Scan my Driver's license for a purchase. Company policy did not permit him to simply read DL. Clerk had no answer why Shell need this information (SS #, DOB, Adress, Hieght, Weight, DL number, donor information) or how it was being used. Wasn't even givin any guarantee information was being protected. As a result I was refused service for purchase. When you politely walk away it's as if you've done something to offend the Clerk.

Attendant told me the air pump didn't work with quarters even though they didn't have a note or cover the slot. Also, the credit card reader wouldn't work, don't go for air here
